The word ‘unique’ is often overused. It is, however, the best way to describe our Blue Cave tour. A tour that’s unique in its story, approach, setting, and spirit.

We start from Kotor, and our first attraction out of 5 of them is Island Our Lady of the Rocks. On our way to this Island we will panoramicly show you one of the oldest parts of Montenegro which is Perast. After we show you those two, we will proceed to Submarine Base which was used during World Wars, and only way coming here is by boat.We will go inside for 100 meters and tell you about history of our country.Then we will go to Blue Cave which is most wanted attraction out of all, and if you ever imagined or watched movies about hidden caves and blue water, this is it! In one word, eveything here is magnificent, turquoise deep clean sea watter with small fishes swimming around make everyone fall in love at first sight. After this, on our way back we will show you Mamula Island which was used as a prison during World Wars.

On the beggining of the tour, you will have a 20min from our speedboat to enjoy beautiful view of Kotor Bay on our way to other touristic attractions. We will travel along the coast and you will have a time to expirience the spirit of old fisherman's villages dating from many centuries in the past (Muo, Prcanj, Stoliv), incredieble forests and nature which are representing Kotor together with amazing architectural buildings like churches, old stone houses etc.

Perast

Perast is a small town located in Montenegro, near the Bay of Kotor. The town is known for its beautiful architecture and rich history, and is home to several churches and museums. The town's most notable landmarks include the Church of St. Nicholas and the Church of Our Lady of the Rocks, both of which are located on islands in the bay. Visitors to Perast can also enjoy the town's beautiful squares, narrow streets, and historic buildings, as well as its stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the sea. Perast offers a peaceful and picturesque setting for visitors, and is a great for panoramic view aswell.

WE had a rally rough ride to the Caves and the water was getting too high to enter the cave. We ere happy our guide did not take us into the cave. The folks before us went in because their boat was heavier. I think if it had been a gorgeous calm day on the water, it would have been a great experience. Not the best choice for someone with back issues.

Great experience to see the bay of kotor and its beauty. Guide was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed seeing the cave and got a swim in the area.

Even tho we didn’t get to see the blue cave due to choppy weather , we had a great experience with our guide who filled in the time with other places to stop.

Great fun packed 3 jours! You get to see the 5 key sites in the area and of course swim in amazing blue cave! Our guide “Bolja” was great!!!

We had the best time!! Truly a dream-like experience. We did the private tour and it really is the best way to see all of the area. Breathtaking views, amazing places to swim, and lots of fascinating information and history. We will remember it forever, it was the highlight of our trip to the Balkans. For those who might fear sea-sickness, the waters were quite calm and we had no issues. If you’re in the area, this should be top of your list!

We came to visit Montenegro by cruise ship but wanted to experience something intimate and more our family's speed. So, we ended up booking the Private Blue Cave Tour. Since visiting Montenegro I have had recommended visiting and booking this to everyone who has asked about our trip. Our family was lucky enough to have Phillip as our guide and he was incredible. He was able to answer every single question we asked, was fluent in English, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to teach us so much. He was also super fun and we felt very safe. When it came to the caves, he suggested we don't actually swim in them, but instead swim outside due to swimmer visibility and the number of boats coming in and out. Our family completely agreed this was the best choice. Also, he provided us goggles so we could look at the fish, but truthfully if you are looking to snorkel and see colorful fish, you will not. All the fish we saw were small and were not very noticeable. Our boat ride was phenomenal, he handles the boat perfectly and the views were absolutely immaculate. This is an experience I will without a doubt be talking highly about for the rest of my life. Group details: group of five who love being on the water and experiencing the world from it. Ages ranging from 23-59, with no serious health concerns or limitations.

This was a tour of the Blue caves of Kotor by speedboat. Our guide and driver was Vasco. He was really great and showed us all the sites in the area. We really enjoyed the tour and had a wonderful time. You can jump off the boat and go swimming in the caves although we took a pass on that. The caves are awesome! This is a must see for anyone going to the area.
