We offer a great deal of diversity on this tour showcasing the various aspects of the area you may not have expected. We go deep into the national park away from the groups and listen to nothing but the birds and native wildlife.
From the deep valleys and rainforests to standing on the edge overlooking magnificent valleys the diversity will take your breath away. Start with a coffee break in the lower Blue Mountains then get set for what can only be described as breathtaking views.

Blue Mountains
We offer complete flexibility on your tour exploring the areas of your choice, staying longer or avoiding alltogether. This tour is booked as a private tour with no other guests. Escape Scenes has been touring through The Blue Mountains for over 15 years and has discovered a large number of vantage points to enjoy the spectacular views overlooking the various valleys. We spend most of our time exploring these valleys away from the larger groups. Go deep within lush rainforest areas and lookouts.

5.00My husband & I have been to Australia several times but never made it out to the Blue Mountains. This visit we debated whether to rent a car or join a tour. Instead, we found the perfect solution - David with Escape Scenes offers a private tour. Rather than hassle with a busload of people vying for position at viewpoints & following a strict itinerary, we were able to share our preferences ahead of time so David could tailor the day to us. He did a fantastic job avoiding the crowds, even taking us to some spots not accessible by bus. Even though we could have accessed these places by rental car, we would not have known all the good spots to visit, we would've had to hassle with the parking (including fees at several stops), and, most importantly, we would not have a guide. A guide not only provides navigation but, more importantly, has the knowledge to make recommendations and share interesting history & facts about the area, flora, fauna & people. David does all of that with a desire to cater to your likes (or dislikes). He's very accommodating & will take photos for you along the way so you walk away with great memories & a pleasant experience!
