One of the main attractions on Vis island, this beach was once voted as the most beautiful beach in Europe. Spectacular cliffs that surround it tell us an interesting story about it's origin; many geologist claim it used to be one of the biggest cave structures on the island, before the roof collapsed, leaving behind one of the most magnificent and unique coves in this part of the world.

5.00This was just the perfect day. We went the day before to pay and the woman in the office was so welcoming that we knew we chose right. Leo was our captain and next time we come back we will be requesting him. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We shared stories and laughs all day. He's a great driver as well and always wanted to help if he could. We chose the Crownline EX260 boat and it was perfect for sun, shade, and stretching out. Don't hesitate to book with them!

5.00We had Haris tor our captain and he is amazing. Took us to more places than were scheduled and gave us a lot of local information. I strongly recommend Mario Boat Tours with Haris as your captain.

5.00Domi provided an excellent tour of the islands and caves. Even though conditions were a bit rough, he kept checking with the Blue Cave to see if they were open. Things calmed down enough and he got us there for the (separate) tour, something that was a highlight of our Croatian trip. Lots of fun while on the water, he took us to a number of beaches and caves, some not on the 'official' itinerary. Just wonderful.

5.00We spent two incredible days with Mario Boat Tours and our skipper Sime, and it was without question the highlight of our entire Croatia trip. Sime is the real deal. He’s not just a captain — he’s a host, a local, a fisherman, and somehow a brilliant cook all rolled into one. On our first day he transferred our family from Split to Hvar, and over the two days he took us exploring the most stunning corners of the Adriatic. The Blue Cave, hidden bays, crystal-clear water — all spectacular. But the moment that will stay with us forever was when Sime found us a completely secluded beach — not another soul in sight — dropped anchor, and then proceeded to catch fish right off the boat and cook lunch for us on the spot. Fresh-caught fish, on a boat, at a private beach in the middle of the Adriatic. Our kids will be talking about it forever. What sets Sime apart is that he genuinely cares about giving you an authentic experience rather than just running a tour. He knew every hidden cove, every local secret, and made our family feel completely at home on the water. If you are coming to Hvar — book Mario Boat Tours. Ask for Sime. Do it before you do anything else. You will not regret it for a single second.

5.00My friends and I loved our private tour with Ash! We had a great experience exploring beautiful beaches, seeing the blue cave, and swimming off the boat. Ash made sure we were comfortable, having fun, and getting the most out of our experience from start to finish. We came in with a general idea of what we wanted to see and he helped cater our itinerary to the local experience based on his expertise. He was attentive and personable. He offered great recommendations, booked us a lunch reservation, and shared interesting history and insight about the places we visited.
Vinka and Ivan are the absolute best!

5.00We had an incredible experience with Mario’s Rental Boats for our wedding boat day in Hvar! From start to finish, Vinka and Ivan went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for our group of friends and family. They were so accommodating with our changing schedule, and their kindness truly stood out — they were especially caring and thoughtful with my young nephew and a family friend’s son, making sure everyone felt comfortable and included. Throughout the day, they shared fantastic local recommendations and made sure we experienced the very best of Hvar’s beauty. The island is already stunning, but it’s the wonderful people like Vinka and Ivan who make it truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to both of them and to Mario’s team for helping make our destination wedding so special — we can’t recommend them highly enough!
