  Sooo much fun. Captain was fun and very entertaining and a great stingray wrestler. Kids loved feeding the rays and getting hickoes. A very fun day

• Poor Experience with Otta Control Charters

  I want to start my review by saying that I don’t think Otta Control Charters was malicious in any way. Our day was just unfortunate. We booked for a private charter for 8 people to take place on 12/25. We were on a cruise and had to taxi to the dock. The meeting time was 9:00am. At 9:05 no boat. I email the charter company and they notify me that the vessel had broken down and that they are trying to secure a new boat. This would have been helpful to know before 9:00am. At 9:25 I had not heard back so I emailed the charter cancelling and requesting a full refund. I was then stuck at the dock for over an hour trying to figure out how to get to the beach to salvage our day. I let the charter know that we were stranded. They did not offer at any point to arrange transportation to pick us up. We did eventually receive an email at 9:40am to apologize and to state that we will receive a refund. Again, not malicious, just very poorly handled.

  It was fabulous. I've travelled my whole life, different excursions, countries. Etc and this ranks up as my best I've done. I had my kids with me and four grandchildren. They made sure everyone got the best experience ever. It was a great day. Arlington and dean could not have been better

• Fabulous Private Boat tour

  We had an awesome trip with Captain Arlington and first mate. We had a family of 9 and it was perfect having our boat. They took us to Stingray City, Snorkeling and Star Fish point. They had water and sodas on board for us and we brought some of our own drinks which we put in their ice chest. Great trip with wonderful communications. All of the large excursion people (big boats, lots of people) were jealous! We had a problem with our cruise ship arriving late and in a different location, but they waited for us and provided great communications. At the end, they had arranged transport back to our ship's tenders. All in all, would highly recommend.

  What a fabulous day. Captain Arlington and Mark were wonderful. Family of 9 from grandparents adult children and grandchildren including 11-year-old. The boat was perfect for us. Shade for those who wanted Sun for others. Bathroom on board. Our ship came in to a different port and later than expected. They were extremely supporting of us, helped with transportation and waited. It was great also to have our bus available when we got off the I want boat. People on big excursions were very jealous. Having our family together on a smaller boat was amazing. Took us to a snorkeling site, stingray city and fed the stingrays and then to starfish, Point. Awesome experience, and I would not hesitate to do it again.

  We contacted Marco from Otta Control charters. He hooked us up with Ezona's Aquatic Charters. Ezona's family team (grandma, niece, nephew and granddaughter) took us out to Stingray beach where they showed us how to feed and hold the stingrays. It was awesome. They took wonderful pictures of our adventure. After stingray beach took us to a nearby reef for some great snorkeling. At the reef we swam with stingrays, turtles and a host of beautiful fish. They were fantastic friendly hosts. Don't miss this chance for a once in a lifetime private adventure.

  The tour guides were amazing! Went to stingray city, did some snorkeling, and went to rum point for lunch. We had so much fun… I totally recommend these guys!!

  Our family experienced the most incredible private boat trip with Otta Charters April break. Captain Arlington and First Mate Brandon, were great to be around, knowledgeable and fun! We have one family member who tends to get sea sick but they were able to customize our trip to work around it! We swam with the stingrays and went to Starfish Pointe. It was the most incredible afternoon that we will always remember. I highly recommend them!

  We had a great day with Captain Stacey and his first Mate Jonathan. They were so fun and knowledgable about everything we did. The boat was clean and in great working order and they had water and soft drinks. We went to Stingray City and they both jumped in the water and helped us play with the stingrays and we teaching all of us about the ocean life. The kids loved them! The snorkeling equipment was all clean and worked perfectly. We truly had an amazing day!
