5.00We were able to create a customized trip tailored to our wishes. Reality exceeded our expectations: we saw everything, and we had a top-notch guide. Udare enhanced our itinerary with fantastic highlights, but always let us decide. At no point did we feel pressured – for us, it was absolutely professional and incredibly relaxed. Udare had a comfortable car, was a safe driver, and had everything under control at all times. We especially want to mention that we were able to continue our journey safely despite severe weather. 5.00My friend and I had the best vacation with the help of our guide and driver Supun. From the booking of the tour up to the end of our multi day trip, we were taken cared of. Supun was very knowledgeable and passionate about nature and Sri Lanka. He was very accommodating to our needs. He gave great recommendations for activities to do and most importantly, he was engaged in our conversations. We felt we were with a friend, which was important considering that it was a multi day trip.

5.00We’ve spent 7 days on a private Darshana tour and couldn’t be happier! Everything worked out like clockwork from transfers, hotel bookings, visits, guided explorations and meals. Our driver Supun was very knowledgeable, a fantastic driver and a lot of fun. Darshana also called immigration for us to sort out our evisas to modify the arrival date. 5.00Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently completed a 9-day family trip (4 people, including senior citizen parents) covering Sigiriya, Kandy, Ella, Yala, and Mirissa. After reading reviews online, we chose Darshana Tours, and it was the best decision we made for our Sri Lankan holiday. From the start, Darshana’s communication was incredibly fast and professional. Even though we only booked a car service, he went above and beyond to help us with our overall planning. The rates were very competitive, and the vehicle provided—a brand-new, spotless Toyota Hiace—was extremely comfortable for the four of us and all our luggage. Our driver, Shalinda, was much more than a driver; he became a true friend to our family. He took immense care of our parents and his attention to detail was exceptional. His deep understanding of local routes, culture, and history meant we never felt the need for an additional guide. Shalinda ensured our itinerary was maximized, even during the more hectic first few days. He often accompanied us at various sites to act as a guide and, most importantly, looked out for us to ensure we were never overcharged or scammed. We felt completely safe and well-cared for throughout. We eventually realized it was very comfortable to book all our safaris, hot air balloon and other experiences through Darshana Tours since they ensured customisation and flexibility as per our timelines. Whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, or with a family, I would definitely recommend Darshana Tours. They truly made our trip seamless and unforgettable!

The communication, organisation, time keeping and friendliness of everyone concerned was first class. We had the most AMAZING time in Sri Lanka and CANNOT WAIT to return. 5.00Excellent and professional service from Darshana Tours! From the very first email the communication and information provided was excellent. Upon arrival at Colombo we were met and taken to our hotel near Unawatuna. After 3 days of relaxation and exploring the local area independently we then started our tour visiting Yala, Ella, Kandy and finally Negombo. Heyshan, our driver, was just fantastic. He was more than just a driver, he assisted with our hotel check ins, luggage, entrance tickets, advice and so accommodating with our requests and little changes here and there. We loved every moment and our holiday was just perfect! A big thank you to Dara and Heyshan!

5.00Darshana was exceptional to deal with right from the beginning. He was able to help me plan our perfect 7 nights/8 day trip to SriLanka. He was able to suggest an optimal route that included all the hotspots that I wished to see. The communication throughout the planning process was prompt and clear. Hashu was our driver for the week and he was great. He was kind and friendly and offered tips and information to make the tour more enjoyable. Overall, I am happy to recommend Darshana and would happily book again if we ever return to SriLanka.

5.00I stayed in Sri Lanka for two months and used Go Cabz on several occasions. The drivers were always on time and had clean and comfortable vehicles. They got me to my destinations safely and without delays. The prices were always competitive. Highly recommended!
