5.00The guide was polite and knowledgeable, his English was perfect, the car was spotless,with water bottles and Kleenex. Our tour guide knew everybody, we went to the main bakery and he gave us Us so many cookies. He is typical of the quality of VIATOR tours thank you

5.00Three family members participated. The drivers and guides were very kind and we were able to get around the city very comfortably. It was a beautiful city. I am very happy that I was able to efficiently visit the major spots in a limited time. If I get the chance to visit Morocco again, I would love to join another tour. Thank you very much.
Nice guide but a short tour with limited access to sites.

3.00The tour guide was nice and had some knowledge but he wasnt able to take me to the school and overall the tour was pretty limited. The whole tour was only about 1 hour with most of the time spent at the museum, which I probably should have just gone to visit on my own.

5.00We were very impressed with the depth of knowledge of Abdel, our tour guide and his communication skills. He adapted to our needs during the tour and showed us some extra places of interest. Thanks to him we were also able to enter a religious temple which we had not been allowed the day before. The restaurant he recommended for after the tour was also great. Highly recommended.

3.00Our tour of Jewish Casablanca was a visual delight, rainy weather notwithstanding.Our guide provided an essential and informative narration. He was also very helpful in finding us an open restaurant for lunch as it is Ramadan. Unfortunately the experience was marred by our being cheated by the tour guide and his driver. I would have expected this behavior from a driver OUTSIDE of your organization but not from your staff. Our guide had the driver take us to a restaurant for lunch. At first our guide said we should call him when we were ready to be picked up. We gave our guide a 50 dirham tip which he said was very generous because we should have paid him only 20. He also told us the total we should pay our driver was 20 dirhams. The guide left and we had a leisurely lunch. About an hour and a half later, he called us and said his driver, who was still waiting outside, wanted to know when we were going to be ready. That was surprising in that he originally said the driver would come back to pick us up. In any event, when the driver finally took is back to the hotel and we paid him the 20 dirhams, he said the cost was 200! We paid it, thought maybe we had misunderstood, and called the guide. He promptly advised us that the 200 dirhams was correct and that it was 100 for the driver and a 100 tip for him. So now we ended up giving the tour guide a total of 150 dirhams, almost the total cost of the tour for the two of us. he never apologized or offered us a refund or anything. While we would've expected this type of behavior if we had engaged the cab driver ourselves and failed to negotiate the price in advance, it is outrageous that your own staff would pull this type of shenanigan. Shame on you!

5.00We took a tour with Abdellah to learn about the Jewish heritage and culture of Casablanca. We visited the Jewish Museum, 3 synagogues and toured the mellah. He is extremely knowledgable with so many interesting facts at his finger tips. We recommend him highly.

5.00We had a wonderfully interesting 4 days [not full days] with Abdul on private Jewish Heritage tours. We travelled in comfort to Rabat and within Casablanca with him. He has excellent knowledge of the history of the Jews in Morocco and discussed how the Jewish community has lived side by side with the Muslim and Berber communities for generations! The tours were tailormade around our requirements and included of course the magnificent Hassan 11 mosque. Abdul also arranged a great private tour for us in Marrakech with Aziz, also a very knowledgeable guide who brought the city's Jewish past alive. On a very personal note, we left a parcel behind in Casablanca and Abdul managed to locate and arrange delivery it to us as we travelled to Marrakech...that is a very special guide who goes out of his way for his clients!
