Our Taste Of Central Tour presents a chance for a remarkable tasting adventure. This tour is designed to discover three subregions of Central Otago, providing private tasting sessions showcasing award-winning local wines. It combines deep-rooted history with visits to iconic sites, and exclusive boutique vineyards.

Our tours are all private and you will not be joining others.

Guests will travel in luxury, indulge in a gourmet lunch, and savour cheese boards alongside their tasting journey while exploring historical landmarks and picturesque locations.

Experience the beauty of Central Otago as you embark on a journey to explore three unique subregions. We visit boutique vineyards favoured by locals and sample a range of exceptional wines, from cool climate varietals. Discover the unique characteristics of each region and take in the breathtaking views spanning from Queenstown, the Kawarau Gorge, to the historic gold fields of Bannockburn and Cromwell.

We had an awesome day with Luwis. He was knowledgeable and we enjoyed great conversations with him as he showed us the sights of the areas surrounding Queenstown. Fantastic day. We visited great places and met warm and welcoming people. Jason at Tinwald farm was a great bloke. Fantastic lunch at The Stoker Room and a great afternoon chatting with Hayden at his beautiful winery at Tarras Vineyards. Thanks Luwis. A great day.

Luwis was such a great host. We stopped for a coffee run at another winery before heading to Central Otago. We hit snow and were able to get out in it!! Te Kano wines, a food & wine flight for lunch was feastly cozy and last stop was Scotts Base. Couldnt have asked for a better private tour of the region. Thanks Lewis!

Absolutely fantastic! We booked this wine tour expecting a high quality experience, but it went above and beyond. The luxurious vehicle was spotless and comfortable, and our guide’s knowledge of wine and the local region was exceptional. We visited amazing wineries, enjoying private tastings and learning fascinating details about each vineyard. The attention to detail, from the itinerary to the service, made this tour feel truly premier. It was a day filled with incredible wine, stunning views, If you’re looking for a wine tour with expert guidance this is highly recommended.
