5.00This private tour with our guide Frank was an amazing experience. If you appreciate supporting local community, going at your own pace and getting the history of the Mayan people and this region not found in books this is the tour for you. Yaxunah is stewarded by a community cooperative and they join the tour sharing their experiences. We got an extra treat being serenaded by our guide there in Mayan with an original song he wrote. Our driver Jose was attentive and both him and Frank matched our pace. I’ve been to Yucatán and Chichen Itza a few times and this has been my favorite tour.

1.00Horrible horrible place!! The tour guide was super racist towards me because I’m of East Asian descent ( Indian) and he kept on asking me uncomfortable questions. He then promised me a free Mayan calendar but when I got it… $30!!! FOR A CALENDAR?! MAN HE DOESN’T DESERVE 5 STARS HE DESERVES TO GET FIRED FROM THIS JOB ON THE WAY BACK HE ASKED ME TO GIVE HIM A 5 STAR REVIEW AND IM LIKE NO MAN I HOPE THIS GUY DOSEN’T OBTAIN THIS JOB EVER AGAIN!!

5.00Had an amazing trip with Daniel, our tour guide and Roberta, our driver. Daniel was very knowledgeable, professional and taught us a lot about Chichen Itza. The lunch was delicious, especially the pork tacos.

1.00This agency Amigo needs improvements. The website mentioned all the prices in US Dollars. However, when you are boarding the bus they asked to pay in pesos only or by credit card. The website did not mention that you need to pay a separate tax. I was carrying cash in dollars only. I make arrangements with some people on my tour to pay double to them if they pay my entrance in pesos. The website tries to attract us by luring the USA people. Glad that I am fluent in Spanish and I can do this tranzas as Mexican said when you do special arrangements. Please improved your website by adding that people need to pay extra fees for entrance and those fees MUST BE DONE IN PESOS. THEY EXCHANGE RATE PLACES DO NOT CHANGE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR PASSPORT ONLY WITH PASSPORT. I DID NOT WANT TO BE CARRY MY PASSPORT IN THIS TRIP. SO I HAVE A LOT STREES trying to ge my tickes. Thank to Spanish languages I did my arrangement. I am glad that speak 5 languagues.
