The creativity and architecture this charming city has to offer are amazing. It’s a stimulating and relaxing experience, and a must‑see tour in El Alto during my time in La Paz. I was impressed with the Cholets and the building murals. Also, Paola is a great tour guide!

Since we saw them on YouTube, my wife and I have wanted to visit the cholets of El Alto. Paola was an excellent guide and kept us perfectly safe while we checked them out. We got to visit the interiors of the Batman and Ratchet buildings, which were pretty mind-blowing. I wish we could have seen more like the Titanic, but they are not open to the public at most times. Mamani is now one of our favorite architects.

It was really cool. A real dive into Bolivian culture. The tour operator is very reliable and the service is excellent. It's a trip that's off the beaten track and is great for those who want to learn more about the region.

Highly recommend this tour! I had a lovely and informative afternoon with a local Bolivian woman which always makes any tour worthwhile! Learned so much about the culture and made it to parts of La Paz and El Alto that I wouldn’t have otherwise seen.

The guide was extremely nice - the English was perfect - I give her a five star but on this tour there is just really not much to see

Very long trips with detours. Only 3 sightseeing points. Guide made an effort. However, unfortunately, he had too little knowledge and could not answer the questions.

We had such a great time. Saw many Mamani buildings and other cholets, inside and out. The tour was incredibly fun and informative. Highly recommend!!

The tour of El Alto building murals and cholets with Paola was incredible. The buildings and art were incredibly unique and she had a very deep knowledge of all things cholets, art, and Bolivia in general. I had a great time!

The activity was coordinated very well. Tgey contacted me and gave infor before the said trip. On the day of, my guide came in early and prepared. She is amazing! Valerie is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She tackled a lot of cultural subjects that i am interested in and also talked about the places we visited. Wverything went smoothly. Def a must in La paz/ el alto. Will recommend to everyone. Choose Valerie as your guide, she is a sweetheart!

I combined a private tour of La Paz with this tour and it ended up being a truly magical day. Juan and Wonder tours were really responsive and went out of their way to ensure that I had a great experience. My guide Daylis was absolutely wonderful! In all of my travels, she was the best guide I have ever had and really made the experience! If you do this tour, I would ask for her! Having the opportunity to see El Alto, the Cholets and the unique sights of the city is something that should not be missed!
