Do you like walking in a town and imagining how it was in the past? What about playing puzzle games? Our unique quest-tour is a thrilling combination of a treasure hunt and a sightseeing tour of the city.
Explore Vienna Old town through a discovery game that lasts 3 hours. Guided by a famous historical character, you will make your way through the city, following the route from one point to another, searching for answers, performing different tasks, solving clues, and getting to know stories and tales of old Vienna. The tour is private and to make it more fun there's a possibility to make it as a race within your teams (for groups of 8 and more people).

You will explore Vienna Inner City through an interactive historical treasure hunt: you will walk around the city, get into hidden places, solve riddles, complete funny challenges, and learn remarkable stories. Our game host will meet you at a specific point in the City Center, greet you, explain to you how the game works and accompany you the first couple of tasks. You will get everything you need for your scavenger hunt. A special historical character will guide you through the smartphone. Once the game started he'll send the first riddle to get to the first location. When you're at the location you will get the challenge/task to complete there, after which will learn a story related to the place. You don't need any special knowledge to complete the game, all you need is basic orientation skills, attentiveness, logic, and good teamwork! You will have 16 stops on your way, among which are Stephansplatz, Michaelerplatz, Minoriten Church, Hoher Markt, Jewish quarter, Albertinaplatz.

5.00We had a friends reunion with 21 young adults and 24 adults in Vienna and dod. 2.5 hr treasure hunt in the city which was super. This was our forth treausre hunt (always in different cities) and CityQuesters met our rather high expectations - we had a blast with 8 competitive teams across the city. Thank you CityQuester!

5.00CityQuester provided a wonderful and memorable experience for my family and me during our first visit to Vienna. Having had a great experience on the CityQuester treasure hunt in Prague a few days earlier, we decided to do this one, too. Even though we provided them very short notice, they were able to accommodate us during our brief stay in the city. Our host, Shushan, was the best host you could ever ask for. Exceptionally friendly and bubbly, she was very knowledgeable about Vienna and gave us many useful tips and recommendations even beyond the treasure hunt itself. We found the Vienna hunt to be longer and more challenging than the Prague hunt, perhaps just a little too much for our 8 year old in the August Vienna heat. But Shushan let us take as many breaks as we needed, so with plenty of bubble tea and chocolate we were able to solve the mystery and earn our prize. And the fact that my kids refused to quit even when I gave them the option says more than anything about what they thought of it. Keeping kids engaged on a "grown-up" vacation can be a challenge, so having an adventure like this to do while exploring a new city is a godsend. So much better than wandering around aimlessly. Thank you, CityQuester!

5.00We had this activity as a part of our team-building gathering in Vienna. We were a group of abt 35 people and all of us enjoyed it so much! The treasure hunt game was challenging enough to keep everyone engages on nor get bored. We also had a wine degustation break in the middle of the game which was much appreciated! CityQuester team is flexible, helpful, and professional. Absolutely recommended.
