2.00I'll first say that both the guide and the driver seemed like nice people, but the tour was disorganized and put us at risk for illness. Here were the major issues: - The driver was 20 minutes late to pick up and didn't contact us until 10 minutes after the start time, after I reached out. - When we arrived (and after we shook hands with the guide) he told us he had the flu. This made us very uncomfortable because it was the start of our trip and we didn't want to get sick. We would have preferred for the tour to be cancelled than to be with a sick guide for 3 hours. - Not very personal, didn't ask us much about ourselves; didn't connect - 2 of the stops planned were closed, and it didn't seem like there were any backup stops planned. - At the end of the tour, our driver seemed to have forgotten to get the car to pick us up, so we had to take a taxi back to where the car was parked. Then she did not have enough money to pay for the taxi and asked us to pay for it - Overall not worth the money, it'd be better to just walk around the city yourself and not risk getting sick.

5.00Julio and Emily were super accommodating and never made it feel rushed. He took time to explain the culture and history of the places we visited and also recommended things we should do and other places we should visit. Highly recommend their tour

5.00I had a lot of fun with the experiments at the Intiñan Museum. We saw the Church of the Company, the Church of San Francisco and the Church of La Merced inside. We were able to explore the works of art in each church in depth. The history of Ecuador was explained in detail. I totally recommend it

5.00We took a afternoon trip. Paola picked us up from our hotel and we met Julio who was our guide at the Basilica. We covered a lot and Julio was super informative, enthusiastic and passionate. We visited a few churches, went to a local museum, the main city center and enjoyed the colonial Spanish architecture mixed with indigenous heritage. Julio did not rush us through it. He made sure we could see as much as possible in the area. I highly recommend this tour with Paola and Julio and will definitely contact them on our next visit to Quito.
