  Charlie was the most amazing driver/guide/person we could have ever hoped for. I could spend the whole day writing about our day out with him. We had the most incredible experience with our driver in Kaohsiung. From the moment he picked us up, he was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making our day special. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw everything we wanted, adjusted the itinerary to fit our interests, and never once made us feel rushed. He taught us so much about this beautiful country. He took us through beautiful countryside, temples, Monkey Mountain, and hidden scenic spots we never would have found on our own. His driving was safe and smooth the entire day, and he was so thoughtful and accommodating with my family. You can tell he truly takes pride in what he does. What stood out most was his kindness and heart. This did not feel like a standard tour — it felt like spending the day with someone who genuinely wanted us to fall in love with Taiwan. We absolutely did. If you are considering booking this tour, do it. This was the highlight of our entire trip, and we will remember this experience forever. Thank you for such an amazing day and for treating us with so much warmth and care. Highly, highly recommended! We love you, Charlie!

  Charlie made our Kaohsiung experience truly memorable—thoughtful, attentive, and especially patient with my elderly parents. He’s not just a great guide but also an excellent photographer who knows all the best angles, and he brought the city to life with rich historical insights.   We had a delightful day with Robin! We were in contact beforehand to arrange what we would most like to see and Robin arranged this into the day in a logical sequence and so things never felt rushed. It was a great way to see viewpoints and places we couldn’t have managed alone. We saw: - the giant Buddha - lotus pond / tiger and dragon pavilion - amazing beef noodle lunch - the dagan bridge swing open at 3pm - pier 2 area - monkeys on monkey mountain - viewpoint across the city from high point - view across the harbour from Xiziwan

  Nice tour from Robin covering all the things we wanted to see. Most official and commercial signs were also in English. Robin’s English was ok. As we had temporary mobility problems. Robin was superb in limiting the waking I had to do. He even found a wheelchair for me on our biggest tour site - wonderful.

  Charlie is an excellent tour guide and great driver. He is passionate for his town and his country. Well versed on historical culture as well as Geological history. He explained the Buddhists spirit of calmness and acceptance and rituals. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie

  Had a great day with Aaron. He contacted us in advance with clear meeting instructions and was friendly and informative throughout. He spoke excellent English and gave us so much information on Kaohsiung and Taiwan. We managed to fit a lot into a few hours and he dropped us back to our cruise ship in plenty of time. He also sent us photos that he'd taken throughout the day. We would highly recommend Aaron for a Kaohsiung tour.

  Ting Ting was fabulous. She was already there when we got off the ship and from that point she handled everything perfectly. She got us back to the ship exactly as we requested. If there was a way to select the local guide I would definitely ask for her.
