  We had a great day touring Tokyo with Keiko. Having spent several days visiting historic sites around Tokyo, we wanted to visit places where we could observe and to experience modern Japanese culture and shopping. Keiko did a fantastic job showing us around and we all had a great day with her.

  Keiko was fabulous! So knowledgeable and friendly with excellent English. She was patient when our group of 7 went off track on our full day tour and accommodated our interests. She was an excellent tour guide and also emailed us all after the tour with photos and follow up on our questions or recommendations for our forward travel. I would not hesitate to recommend keiko as a tour guide and I know my whole group felt the same. Thank you Keiko!

  Keiko who was our guide for the walking tour was fabulous. Knowledgeable and caring, it was like having a friend share the highlights of Tokyo with us. We enjoyed customizing the walking tour with her and she was able to relay so much about the history around Tokyo and each area we visited. It was also great that she reviewed the subway system, very easy to navigate but nice to have the explanations. We visited the Tsukiji Fish Market tasting at various places along with way. When wanting an electric fan for our daughter, Keiko took us to Don Quixote where they have literally everything. Visiting the Sensoji temple, Japan's oldest dating back to 628, she handed each of us an origami crane she had made the morning. She included a coin in each that we used when making a wish or a prayer in the temple. We highly recommend Hello! Tokyo Tours.

  We did the 5 hour walking tour with Miko and we could not have asked for a better first day in Tokyo! Miko was a friendly and knowledgeable guide that put together a wonderful day to span the interests of everyone in our 5 person group.

  Absolutely wonderful experience! Paiva was fun, friendly and accommodating. We never would have seen and done as much without her as a guide. Definitely recommend!

  Would highly recommend a tour with Paiva and this tour company! Easy to book. Very customisable. Got to see the highlights important to our group. Paiva was so friendly, happy to answer any questions we had, helpful (especially in navigating getting train passes and trains) and gave us great information about the sites we visited. • Amazing tour with Miko and Hello! Tokyo tours 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  We were a couple in our 40s traveling with our 71-year-old mother, and we were so fortunate to have Miko as our guide for a full day in Tokyo. She was such a lovely person, always attentive to our preferences and especially thoughtful towards my mother, making sure she was comfortable and able to enjoy everything at her own pace. Her English was very good, and she even spoke French, which was a wonderful surprise for my Portuguese mother, who prefers communicating in French. Miko took us to many interesting places we would never have found on our own and made sure we tasted some great food at small, hidden spots — a perfect blend of sightseeing and food lover’s tour. This was already our 3rd day in Tokyo, but Miko provided us with so much valuable information about Japanese history and culture, which made the rest of our trip even more rich and enjoyable. We felt more like we were spending the day with a close friend who was showing us around her city, instead of just a tour guide. Miko even went above and beyond by helping us navigate the subway and buy all the train tickets we’d need for the rest of our two-week holiday in Japan — we honestly would have gotten quite confused without her help. Thank you, Miko! We wish you all the best and hope we get to meet again in the future!

  We were hesitant to book a tour on our day of arrival to Tokyo, as we knew we would be exhausted from our journey, but so glad we did! Miko was our guide and she was so fabulous. We did a 4 hour tour of the East side and she showed us so many hidden gems during our time together. She was knowledgeable, warm and friendly and really made our first day so special. She also took some great pics of our family and made great recommendations for us. Thank you for a wonderful day!
