I was referred to Neyla by a friend and she was extremely easy to book with, had transparent pricing, communicated well, and custom made a great 2 day experience for me and my wife. It was totally worth it. She will work with you to give you the experience you want. She was even able to have a plan B since the forecast showed rain (but thankfully we didn't need it). On day 1 (a half day, 4 hour tour) we went to the Cristo Redentor, Selaron steps and the Lapa neighborhood. On day 2 we went to Mosteiro de São Bento, Catedral Dr São Sebastiao, Real Gabinete Portugues, Confeiteira Colombo, Santa Teresa including Parque das Ruinas, and more including incredible lookout spots with great views of the city. Neyla would coordinate with driver Mauricio so that we could immediately get back in the car when we were done. Truly an enjoyable, fun, relaxed experience that you cannot replicate with Uber nor with a car of your own since some spots have poor reception, are avoided by Uber drivers, and/or have no parking in case you have a car of your own. It is also significantly more efficient than trying to make the various visits on your own. Overall this was a safe, customized, comfortable, flexible experience that was worth what we paid. Neyla is also fun, impressively multilingual, cultured, and a great person to have a conversation with. Would recommend again to anyone visiting Rio.

I enjoyed private 8h Rio excursion with own tour guide, driver and vehicle. Tour guide Ms. Neyla was very professional with detailed knowledge and good time management / flexibility. Driver was also very skilled and car was clean SUV. For the safety and effectiveness sake, it is very highly recommended.

I contacted Neyla for a private morning tour as I was going to be in Rio by myself and wanted the security of a female private guide. I’m so pleased as Neyla was an excellent professional guide and perfect host. My main aim was to see the Botanical Gardens which were beautiful and we also visited the St Theresa area and Selaron Steps. Throughout the tour Neyla explained the history and culture whilst making me feel like I was travelling with a good friend. An excellent morning - thank you Neyla

Neyla provided a half day tour after picking us up at the airport and then a full day round trip from our hotel the next day. Absolutely a fabulous day and a half tour of Rio. No repeated information and just the right amount of dialogue. We will always treasure our new friendship made with Neyla ❤️

Neyla was recommended to us by a family member. As we were in Rio de Janeiro on December 30th 2018 and the city was preparing for the New Year's Eve celebration on Copacobana Beach we decided to book a Private Customised Tour to see the important tourist attractions. We didn't expect to fit everything in as the city was very busy..BUT..booking Neyla was a godsend as she and her driver knew all the best routes to take. Also, at the sites that were bustling with tourists (ie Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain and the Selaron Staircase) Neyla was able to bypass the queues and get us through the crowds without any waiting. We spent 8 hours touring with Neyla who felt just like a friend. We thank her for a most enjoyable day and wholeheartedly recommend her.

Amazing experience with Neyla for two days at Rio De Janeiro. She made my trip interesting, comfortable and ensured I did not miss out on the finer things apart from the scheduled ones. In spite of the weather not being very favorable, I was able to visit everywhere because of her passion to help the tourist not to miss out on anything.
