Omaha Beach
You will be given a great overview of the beach landings that took place on Omaha Beach on June 6th, 1944. After which, you will have around 15 minutes free time to walk on the sand (depending on tidal conditions) where American forces landed on D-Day.

The guide will lead you into the incredible American Cemetery and explain many key facts about when it was built, why it is located where it is and many of stories of the men and women who are buried here. You will be given around 45 minutes free time to explore on your own.

5.00Mathew was really wonderful! We had such a great day! It was very fitting because at Omaha beach, it was cold and rainy but by the time we got to Utah beach, it was sunny and beautiful. Highly recommend this tour!

5.00Our guide, Mary, was very knowledgeable and such a great host to the Normandy region. She is from the area and was a wealth of knowledge about all the Normandy history. Such a beautiful place and yet so much historical violence. That’s when men were real men (storming the beaches without fear to overcome Hitler’s German army)

5.00We had a wonderful time with Roma our guide. She was personable and knowledgeable during our Dday tour. I would highly recommend. There was enough time for Roma to explain the location we were visiting but also enough time to explore on our own. Great time was had by all.
