Head North to Angkor Thom and Bayon Temple From Angkor Wat, follow the main park road into Angkor Thom, passing through the South gate. You will visit Angkor Thom’s famous ruins of the Bayon Temple, the Terrace of the Elephants, the Terrace of the Leper King, and Phimeanakas Temple. Though this temple is full of visitors, it is big enough for you to find a quiet and cool place to explore on your own.
