  This private tour was wonderful from start to end. My guide Andrei was a well-informed guide that will take care of his clients. He will debrief with you about the sites you will go to and answer you questions about them. The tour will take you to both Perleş and Brans Castle (Dracula's Castle). The drive is quite long for a day trip, but worth it. The journey is a very serene. Also note, that Perleş Castle is closed on Monday and Tuesdays, so you will only be able to see the exterior. Perleş Caslte itself is stunning. It has wonderful architecture and a beatiful courtyard. Brans Castle is based on the origin of Dracula who is based off of Vlad the Impaler. As you walk through the Castle, you will see a lot of history and artifacts from various kings and queens that resided there. This tour is truly a wonderful one. It will be something to cherish forever that you wish you can stay there longer!

  Our Day Trip with Andra was outstanding and exceeded our expectations! It was full of interesting descriptions of places we were visiting and of historic information. We spent over 12 hours visiting spectacular places and appreciating the beautiful Romanian mountains. We loved it!

  Our tour guide and driver was Andrei - he made this an absolutely wonderful day! It was so comfortable and easy for us to do this as a private tour... Exactly what I was hoping for. Andrei gave us very detailed explanations of what we were seeing and answered all our questions. He is highly experienced, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodated all our requests. We went to Peles castle, Brasov old town and Bran castle... Exactly as we needed I would highly recommend this tour. Thank you! --Arnold

  It’s a long day but really worth it the castles are a fantastic spectacle and the lunch stop in Brasov is great . Andrei our host was exceptional with both a rich knowledge of history and a great personality to match it , he made the day extra special .

  The tour of the castles we did with my family was fabulous, mainly thanks to our Guide Andrei, a really nice and prepared guy who immediately put us at ease. Despite not speaking much Italian we still adapted between music and chats. Consigliato! Chiedete di Andrei!

  I had a wonderful full day tour with Andrei. I chose a private tour so I could go at my own pace and have some flexibility. Andrei was the perfect guide. He was kind, funny, thoughtful, interested and interesting. He pointed out many facts and details I would certainly have missed had I been on my own. I was able to see everything and not feel rushed or like simply a number on a tour. There was time for coffee and pastry at one stop and lunch and a stroll through Brasov later. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire day and I reccomend if you are able, to do a private or semi-private tour. Andrei could not have been any better!

  This is an amazing tour and Andrei is the best guide. It is clear that he loves to share his knowledge. We appreciated Andrei’s flexibility and being sure that the tour was meeting our expectations. As teachers we loved hearing the historic significance and stories that he shared. The beauty of Peleş and its surroundings was incredible. All of the tour went beyond our expectations!!   After being so impressed with the wine tour offered by Andrei, my father in law really wanted to explore more of the country with him so I booked this one as well. Again I got my nice quiet time with my fiancée while my in laws had a blast assaulting Andrei with 1 milion questions. They very impressed and I would highly recommend booking Andrei if you want someone to unfold Romania in front of you.
