Blue Grotto Il-Hnejja
Whatever time of year you happen to visit, a boat ride through these marvellous caves is a voyage you’re unlikely ever to forget. With phenomenally clear blue waters, resulting from its unique chemical composition of minerals, visibility within the caves is truly second to none. And if visited in sunny weather, colourful pink, orange, turquoise and green hotspots can be seen reflecting magically off the water onto the limestone walls of the caves. If viewed from the cliffs above, the caves appear framed by a majestic arch, and with unobstructed views of the island of Filfla, it is truly a sight to behold.
Valletta
Often described as an open-air museum and a living piece of history, Valletta’s streets and sights will have you wandering around to marvel at all its beauty. The Baroque architecture adorns all corners of the small city, and there are plenty of historical buildings to admire. Though the city was built on a peninsula of only 1km by 600m, Europe’s southernmost capital is abundant in historical sights. UNESCO described Valletta as “one of the most concentrated historic areas in the world” when it named Valletta a World Heritage Site. You will find some of Europe’s finest artworks, churches and palaces in Valletta.

5.00Justin was fantastic! We had no expectations for Malta, and it ended up being our favorite destination on our cruise. Justin was very knowledgeable and took us to see a lot of the island in just one day. Would highly recommend booking with him, he made Malta one of the highlights of our whole trip!

5.00My trip with Robert was amazing. He is the most kind and understanding tour guide that was from Malta so that made it extra special. He was an excellent driver. Took his time and I never felt hurried. He took me to all the amazing historical sites in Malta. I highly recommend their service to anyone traveling to Malta and I will be recommending to my friends

5.00We had two excellent tour days with Justin. We initially just booked him to drive us on the Malta island tour, but then I asked him on WhatsApp whether he could take us to Gozo for the day also. Justin was prompt and the van was exceptionally clean and tidy and very comfortable. Much nicer than the bolt cars we hopped in once or twice during our visit. Its air conditioned and has separate controls for the back which he let us operate ourselves for comfort. We saw all the places our guide books suggested and some extra that Justin took us to and recommended what we could do/see there. He took us on the Gozo car ferry which had a lovely view of Comino and the Blue Lagoon. The highlight for us on Malta was the Blue Grotto boat trip (10€ each cash) and Pastizzi in Rabat which Justin took us to. Gozo is also amazing, and this tour made it hassle free. We had toyed with the idea of the fast ferry and the hop on/off bus, but what Justin’s tour gave us was a freedom to spend as much or as little time in each place that suited us. When we were done at each place, Justin was either directly outside waiting or we WhatsApp’d and he came immediately to where we were. Gozo’s highlights were the Citadel in Victoria and the Inland Sea boat ride. We had lunch at the cafe there and then the small boat trip for 5€ each (cash). Justin was very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot from him as we were driving around. He answered all of our questions and pointed things out along the way but left us to explore each destination ourselves which was perfect. I wish there was a Justin on every holiday we took!

5.00Perfect day with Justin. We spent four hours exploring Malta with Justin as our driver. It was easy to communicate with Justin via What's App before our tour. We met up with Justin outside the port gates and were off on our tour. Since our port time was very early, Justin arranged the tour in a way which made the most use of our time. He is not a licensed tour guide. But he should be. He provided information along the way to each stop and answered our questions about what we were seeing or about life in Malta. At each stop, Justin gave us time to explore on our own. We never felt rushed. Justin gave us an idea how much time to spend in order to see everything we wanted. He even made a stop at an ancient temple that neither of us knew about. Justin's rate was very reasonable. We saw so much more at a cheaper price than what others saw on the cruise ship excursion. Our tour was also private and longer than what the cruise ship offered. Do yourself a favor and book with Justin. We highly recommend his services for a tour in Valetta, Malta.

5.00Justin gave us a great tour of the island. He took us to every place we wanted to and a couple of places we didn’t know we wanted to see. He made the day so easy for us, we didn’t have to worry about driving or parking in an unfamiliar place. He shared what life is like in Malta and it’s rich history. We would highly recommend this experience.

5.00We had the best experience with Justin seeing Malta!! Everything about the process was great! I had booked with another company and they canceled on me a week prior to our cruise arrival. 5.00Our guide, Justin, was fantastic! He took us to many wonderful places. Most were the more famous, must do on Malta. But he also took us to a pastry shop in his own town that was amazing. One of our family members is mobility challenged and he accommodated her wonderfully. Highly recommended!!
