At the designated time, an experienced Luxor Egypt Tours guide will pick you up from your Aswan hotel. You will embark on a 3-hour journey south of Aswan in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle to partake in the Abu Simbel day tour. These remarkable temples, known for their unique architectural style, are hailed as ancient Egypt's masterpieces, showcasing the splendor of the New Kingdom era. The cooperation between the Egyptian government and UNESCO was crucial in preserving these temples from potential flooding. The Temple of Ramses I was dedicated to four universal deities: Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and Ramses I himself. Meanwhile, the magnificent Abu Simbel temple is also known as the Sun Temple of Ramses I. The Temple of Queen Nefertari, also referred to as the Temple of Hathor, honors the wife of the Sun God. In a symbolic sense, these two temples, those of Ramesses II and Nefertari, bring together Ramesses II, Nefertari, Hathor, and the Sun God in a harmonious unity.

5.00Enjoyed our trip. Was picked up at 5am, the driver had asked our hotel to do a take away breakfast which was nice. Stopped about 30 mins away from Abu Simbel for toilet. Was met by a guide to explain a little before being left to go inside. Wasn't rushed at all and really enjoyed the day. Got back about 3pm

5.00Amazing day with an unmatched experience from our guide Mo and our driver Ahmed! We knew we were in good hands when Mo reached out to us and even asked if we’d like to start our tour a bit earlier to catch the sunrise and beat the crowds, which was awesome advice. Ahmed was a reliable safe driver and very friendly. Mo (Hytham Mohamed) was the best guide we’ve had in Egypt to date. 11/10 for his knowledge, respectfulness and all around great personality! I would recommend both of them to anyone looking for guides in Egypt. Wish we could have had him for the rest of our trip :)

5.00We booked this tour to be able to see Abu Simbel while we were in Egypt. It was myself, my husband and our two kids. The price was fair as our Nile cruise was charging an additional extra $100 for the same tour. Amir contacted me ahead of time and arrived as scheduled. He provided water and snacks as well. There were two drivers and really the drive didn’t seem that long. We saw the temples and it was a nice smooth trip. At the end we asked to be dropped off at our hotel and Amir made sure we got inside and checked in. I’d recommend to anyone looking to see Abu Simbel Temples.

5.00We recommend this tour, especially if you have Zak as your guide and Mohamed as your driver. Zak is knowledgeable, and he explained the history in perfect English. The trip was well coordinated with our Cruise ship, and we did not feel like we were rushed; it was a safe, leisurely drive. Abu Simbel is a must-see!

5.00aswan is really unbelievable city the green and the view is really unbelievable we did a long way to see abu simble temple our tour guide hamdy (nemr) he is really nice person he was waiting for us and he spend 1 and half hour with us to see how to move it and the king remsses is great thank you hamdy highly recommend

Our tour guide Mina was excellent in his explanations, time management and very professional in attending to our all requirements. Definitely recommended to ask for Mina as tour guide while booking this package.

5.00As a group of 4 with a small kid traveling to Egypt, we had booked Luxor to Aswan 4 days Nile cruise with day tour to Abu Simbel with LuxorEgyptTours and the experience could not have been more pleasant. Tour guide Mina went over and above our expectations in taking us through all important points with their history, all the while making us feel safe and entertained. We would definitely recommend this package to any group trips, friends and family, to Egypt and should not be missed.
