Justin was an excellent driver and guide. He was knowledgeable, good-humored, and patient with us. Traffic on the long drive back was very heavy, but he was unfazed by it. We recommend him highly.

Solo traveller, unable to get onto a tour to sun moon lake from Taipei which included the sites I wanted to see (Ci en Pagoda & Wenwu Temple, without an extended shopping break in Ita Thou). It's 3.5 to 4 hrs drive each way from Taipei so planning time there is essential. Justin was my driver guide, set up a WhatsApp in advance and asked what I wanted from the tour, and locked in a proposal to fit the day. He collected me at my hotel door right on time 0720, and followed through on the plan despite bad traffic making it a 2000 return to Taipei. He was friendly and chatty without being intrusive, and he focussed time on the things that interested me (like the amazing Wenwu Temple) and we really lucked out on the weather, so it was a long day but fun. Transport was a comfy MPV. Recommended.

The tour was excellent. Sun Moon Lake is beautiful and the combination of water transportation and the gondola ride worked well. The car ride is a little long, but comfortable and Phyllis kept it interesting with historical facts about Taiwan and the culture. We were able to escape a cloudy, rainy day in Taipei and enjoy perfect weather at Sun Moon Lake.

It was a perfect day trip to Sun Moon Lake! Comfortable car and excellent driver and guide, Justin! We loved the cycling around the lake the most, it was so beautiful!

Justin was a great driver. Very comfortable vehicle. Sun Moon Lake was a pretty area, but for the price, there just wasn't enough to do to make it worth that much money. We basically just did a boat ride, and ate at a handful of food vendors.

Perfect day trip - highly recommend to anyone looking to venture to Sun Moon Lake from Taipei. The car was very comfortable and we stopped in Taichung for dinner and bubble tea, as well!

Phyllis was an excellent guide. English Communication prior to meeting was prompt and clear. We used WhatsApp which made it easy. Phyllis arrived promptly at our hotel for the 7am pickup and her Mercedes van was super clean and comfortable. We had a party of 4 people so it was super spacious for us. The itinerary was adjustable but we just went with Phyllis recommendation of the Sun Moon boat ride, Xuanguang Temple, Ita Thao Pier Plaza, Cable Car, Ci'en Pagoda, then finally the Wenwu Temple. It was full but extremely fun day! We got back to Taipei around 8pm due to heavy traffic. I highly recommend this private tour to anyone, it’s worth every penny.

Great day out from Taipei to Sun Moon lake, which was beautiful and we spent around 3 hours there, followed by a visit to a gorgeous temple. We declined the opportunity of a hike. Phyllis was an excellent guide and driver. Long day, with 8 hours of driving.

Exceptional tour, which allows you to see the beautiful "Sun Moon Lake" with a passionate and invested guide. There is plenty of time to enjoy on site, and the ride is in a very comfortable car. Thanks again to our guide for allowing us to discover this site. I strongly recommend in this turn to all those passing in Taipei!
