Enjoy a memorable day at the Taj Mahal in this day trip from Delhi! 6:30am - Morning pick-up from your hotel in Delhi, Gurgaon or Noida or from the Delhi Airport. Then you will be driven 3 hrs via the express highway to the City of Taj Mahal where your memorable tour begins. Your tour guide will meet you on arrival to Agra. He will brief you on your upcoming sightseeing tour. 9:30am- Arrive at Agra where your tour guide will meet you. Visit the legendary Taj Mahal (a Unesco World Heritage Site). The world's best-known tomb stands testimony to the timeless love story of the 17th century Mughal Emperor, Shah Jahan, and his wife, Queen Mumtaz Mahal.
Agra Fort
12 pm - Visit the imposing Agra Fort (a Unesco World Heritage Site). Built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D, this huge fort is made of red sandstone. The elegant buildings inside reflect an interesting synthesis of Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles. The maze of the courtyards, mosques & private chambers of the fort echoes the story of the Mughal Empire. 1:30 pm - Lunch at a local recommended restaurant. 2:30 pm - Free time for shopping in Agra which is known for its fabulous handicrafts made of marble and soft stone inlay work. The Mughals were great patrons of arts and crafts. Empress Nur Jahan took personal interest in the arts and was an accomplished artist herself in zari embroidery work. Agra's major handicraft products besides inlay work are leather-ware, brass-ware, carpets, jewellery and embroidery work. 6pm - After a memorable day, you will be driven back to Delhi. Arrive Delhi by 9pm where you will be dropped at your hotel or airport.

5.00We (two women travelers from US) had a great experience with Imran on our day trip to Agra! We booked the experience very last minute but Imran accommodated us without a problem. He arranged for a car to pick us up from our hotel and met us in Agra where we saw the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and some local artisan shops (high quality shops where they taught us the history and techniques of their art!). Imran also kindly took photos for us in all the best spots at the Taj Mahal. We felt very safe the whole time and had a magical experience. It couldn’t have been a better or easier day trip from New Delhi. I will forever recommend this tour to my friends!

5.00Our family's day trip from Delhi to Agra was an absolute highlight of our time in India, made seamless by excellent planning and professional service. The journey began with a pickup from the airport by our dedicated driver, who navigated the three-hour drive to Agra with impressive safety and skill, allowing us to relax in the comfort of a well-maintained, air-conditioned car. Upon arriving in Agra, we were met by our guide, Imran , whose expertise truly brought the city’s history to life. We started at the Taj Mahal, and Imran’s deep knowledge of the 17th-century mausoleum’s architecture and the poignant story of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal made the visit deeply meaningful. He was also a fantastic photographer, guiding us to the best spots for family photos away from the heaviest crowds. Next, we explored the massive red sandstone walls of the Agra Fort. Imran shared fascinating insights into the Mughal lineage, from Akbar to Aurangzeb, making the strategic importance of the site clear even to the kids. For lunch, we enjoyed a delicious multi-course meal featuring authentic local flavours, which provided a perfect, restful break from the morning's activities. Before heading back, we visited a local workshop to see Agra’s famous fine arts. We were mesmerized by the intricate marble inlay work, the same craftsmanship used on the Taj Mahal itself. Seeing the artisans painstakingly inlay semi-precious stones into white marble was an unforgettable cultural experience. The day concluded with a smooth drive back to Delhi with our driver, dropping us off tired but thoroughly satisfied. If you are looking for a hassle-free, educational, and culturally rich family outing, I can recommend this private tour—and especially our guide Imran—highly enough.

5.00If you are thinking of doing something like this while in Delhi, then 100% do it! We had 33 hours in Delhi and we are so grateful we did this. Ravi collected us from the airport. He was so friendly and accommodating during the journey to Agra. He ensured we felt comfortable our entire journey to Agra and back. A lovely lovely man! Our tour guide for the Taj Mahal was Manu. He was absolutely fantastic. As we went through the grounds to the monument he told us the story of the Taj Mahal and was happy to answer any questions we had about it & India. His knowledge was so impressive & he kept us entertained the entire time. We had a great laugh & ended up with the best photos since he knew all the best spots. We finished off with some delicious food & they were more than happy to bring us to get any souvenirs on our way home. As two women travelling alone we felt so safe & in the best hands the entire day. We genuinely had the best day ever & it was all down to Ravi & Manu. Thanks again!

5.00I had an excellent experience with my private tour of Taj Mahal and Agra Fort! My guide Manu is very knowledgeable and very friendly. He did a superb job leading the visits and providing very good explanations. Particularly entering these very crowded attractions, he led me through the crowds to enter quickly avoiding obstacles or delays. Manu also adjusted to my personal rhythm to go as fast or as slow as I wanted. I would recommend taking this private tour to anyone.

5.00I had a great tour with Manu. He was extremely insightful and was very open to sharing his insights on both the sites we visited as well as any questions I had about the country, its history and its people. I would say this was the best tour I've had and Manu was exceptional. I highly recommend him to anyone who makes a visit to Agra.

5.00Imran and his team at Agra Day Tour Packages have exceeded expectations. They are welcoming, accommodating and you can see and feel Indian hospitality with everyone from the team. Shout out to Hemant, our driver for the last 7 days. He's the best driver I have seen who can smoothly navigate Indian roads with all the cars, rickshaws, motorcycles, lorries and even cattle. As he says, to drive in India, you need good horn, good brakes and good luck and he had them all! He welcomed us from the airport with garlands and greeted us with a great smile each morning. He's always punctual and accommodates all our requests. Car is always clean with cold water and he was attentive to our needs. Shweta, our guide in Delhi is friendly and bubbly! She set the tone for our trip by giving us the best Delhi experience especially the riskshaw and food tour. Manu, our guide in Agra is a wealth of knowledge. You can see his passion for history and archaeology. Our guide in Jaipur, Arbab is extremely knowledgeable about his city's history, culture and answers all our questions. I would highly recommend them all as they exceeded all our expectations, provided us with a lot of insights and made our trip memorable and enjoyable! Special thanks also to Imran who made his way to meet us in Agra and to take us on a food tour by explaining the different snacks and sweets. Also appreciative of the fact that when we had food tours, they make sure to take us to stalls that are known to be hygenic as they do not know how it may affect our digestion. Last but not least, to Sajal who coordinated and arranged our itinerary! Sajal was very accommodating to my requests - food tours, monuments to see, including a cultural show and even helped with the confirmation for our e-visa application. 5.00Imran was very knowledgeable about Taj Mahal and its extensive grounds. As for photos, don’t bother engaging the professional photographer he recommends as it does not compare to Imran’s photography skills. As a multi talented person, Imran, made our Taj Mahal experience, unique.

Traveling with two young children can sometimes be challenging, but Imran made everything smooth and enjoyable. He was warm, approachable, and instantly put the kids at ease, which made a big difference for us. 5.00We had an amazing experience with Agra Tour Package. Especially with our driver Ravi who helped us immensely by looking after us and mafr us feel safe and secure. An incredibly warm hearted person and very patient Especially when he had to wait for us. He is very respectful towards the customer. And always on time. Secondly our tour guide Manu who provided by the company. He is very knowledgeable, funny, helpful, well spoken, respectful. We had an amazing time with him. I highly recommend Manu as your tour guide for Taj Mahal as he is very passionate about his profession and history of India. Thirdly, Abbas who was our tour guide in Jaipur, he is very respectful and knowledgeable as well. He showed us several places and shared his passion about his town.
