The tour starts with the pick-up at your accommodation in Vienna at a designated time. The driver will introduce you the specifics of the tour after which the tour commences with a drive through the Viennese Forest and first stop Melk Abby.
Melk Abbey
After arriving to Melk, introduce yourself to the history of almost one thousand years old Benedictine Abbey. Overlooking the town of Melk, the impressive baroque-style Abbey is a home of the famous library and a final resting place of Saint Coloman, the patron saint of Austria. During the visit, you can also explore the Abbey church and the garden pavilion. After approximately 1 hour visit of Melk, continue your journey through Austrian countryside ,lakes and mountains to your next destination charming town of Hallstatt.

5.00I took this trip with my wife and two adult children in the end of November, 2025. Our guide, "D", was outstanding, and a very knowledgeable resource for all of our stops. The tour was private, allowing us to tailor the day to our interests, and spend time at certain areas more than others. The three primary destinations were all well worthwhile, but the ability to stop along the way for photos and discussions was invaluable. This day was the highlight of our trip to Austria, and I cannot recommend the experience and D highly enough.

5.00The whole experience was wonderful, Mr. D picked us up from our hotel and explained what our day would look like. He provided us with some history of the places we were visiting and insights on how to navigate it to get the best experience. Melk, Hallstatt and Salzburg are beautiful places all unique in their own style. I would recommend visiting and experiencing it for yourself, and of course with the best personal driver Mr. D that made our trip unforgettable.

5.00A long trip, but worth it. We especially liked Hallstatt with its unbelievably beautiful views. We wish we had more time at each stop, but we are very happy with the time we had. Romano was our driver/guide. He was an excellent driver and was knowledgeable about all the places we visited. I highly recommend Romano if you have a choice.

5.00Our driver, Darko, was excellent. Very entertaining on our drive to Salzburg. He made everything easy. We also visited Hallstatt and Melk on the same day. It’s a lot in one day but the perfect way to travel if you don’t have much time. We highly recommend this private trip.

5.00What a wonderful ride! Whoever followed us was Darko. A sympathy and good disposition! We made a wonderful tour, always according to our preferences and wishes! We saw beautiful landscapes and the Darko always very attentive. I knew the best places to take pictures. Thank you very much. We love and recommend it to everyone!

5.00We really loved how relaxing the day was and how accommodating D was. He was very relaxed and let us plan our day however we wanted. He made sure everyone was happy and taken care of. We had nice conversations along the longer drives, even with my 14 year old son

He was friendly, professional, and always punctual. What I really appreciated was how flexible he was. The weather kept changing throughout the day, and D made adjustments to our route so we could enjoy each location when the weather was at its best. It showed how much he cared about making sure we had a great experience. The car was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, making the long drives relaxing and enjoyable. The balance between guided information and free time was perfect. We felt both informed and independent. I’m really glad I chose this company for our excursion. I highly recommend their services to anyone visiting Vienna, and I will certainly use them again to explore other destinations they offer.
