We were scheduled to be picked up at 9 am, and at 9:15, still no one had arrived. At that point, we start trying to get in touch with someone, but with no results. By 9:30, the operator canceled the tour. Thirty minutes after the official start. The operator didn't contact me to cancel (they only did the automatic cancelation through Viator), and they didn't provide a reason. At this point, we were not able to book anything to replace this tour. This tour was one of the top experiences that we were looking forward to on our trip, and for it to get canceled 30 minutes into the tour time without anyone showing up or contacting us personally was more than disappointing. I just can't express enough how frustrating and disappointing this was for us.
Enjoyed our trip. Was worth it!

the tram to top of mountain was closed the day of our trip, but the guide worked with locals to get us halfway up the mountain and to see the monkeys. We appreciated the effort.

Gabriella was an amazing tour guide and she provided us with a charming and unique experience with these visits to Gibraltar and to the White Town of Vejer. From the moment she met us and all throughout the day, she provided very engaging conversation and information. Yes, it was a cloudy time on Gibraltar, but the experience was still wonderful thanks to Gabriella's spirit and knowledge of all Gibraltar history. And yes, we did get to experience the Apes! The drive to Vejer was scenic, as is the small city itself. We were shown its beauty and history as we walked the streets and peeked inside some its structures. Before our tour, we contacted the tour operator using the Viator App to confirm location pickup. We received a very timely response and felt immediately comfortable for the excursion before us. The entire experience was very memorable and if you are lucky enough to have Gabriella as your guide, you will find this an especially great excursion!

Seeing the rock of Gibraltar and the monkeys was very interesting plus having a local lunch in a non tourist restaurant was a fun time.

Gibraltar was magnificent and Vejer a lovely small town. Great guides all day! Highly recommend. Very easy pick up and drop off from cruise port.
