The guide, Hazim, and Abdul the driver were very courteous and friendly. We drove around the relevant points of interest and the commentary was good. I declined the camel ride as I have already had that experience and didnt wish to repeat it. The visit to the Kasbah and Medina were amazing. I had expressed what I wanted to purchase and was taken there. Though the path through the Medina was very steep and difficult terrain for me as I use a walking stick, Hazim was very helpful in that he held my arm and assisted me through many parts to allow me to continue. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and the experience. Thank you Hazim and Abdul.

Easy fun way to see the city!! At first my tickets wouldn’t download but the local support staff on the ground and the Viator staff were just so fast to respond that I had them in no time!

We have used Hopon Hopoff buses all over the world but this is the 2nd time we have had an issue with Viator vouchers; finally got it resolved but it's a pain! My only other issue is they made us change buses, losing our seats, in an effort to keep their buses as full as possible. Otherwise good service, on time and decent commentary.

I accidentally booked the wrong date, sent an email to the provider BEFORE i left home and asked th to change the date. I did not hear from them till nearly one week later and they refused to help me.
