  U Bein Bridge is a wooden bridge that crosses Taman Lake near Amarapura, Myanmar. It is 1.2 kilometers long. It was built around 1850 and has been around for about 170 years. It is considered The oldest and longest teak bridge in the world. The bridge was built when the capital of the Inwa (Ava) dynasty moved from "Inwa" to the city of "Amarapura" and was named after the mayor who built the bridge.
