Whether you're a highlander or a sassenach, this tour has something for every fan of the show and books. Your guide cannot wait to show you the locations and inspiration for the Outlander world that Diana Gabaldon created.
On your travels you will take in the Duke of Sandringham's home, the French home that Claire and Jamie occupied. You will visit Castle Leoch, the Grand Palace of Versailles, the train station where Claire and Frank said their goodbyes, the prison headquarters of Captain "Black Jack" Randall, as well as the many breathtaking landscapes as you travel from site to site. This will be an adventure you will never forget as you too will be transported back to the 1740s just as Claire was.
The outlander tour contains filming locations from season 1, 2, and 3, and also from the books Dragonfly in Amber and Voyager. This is full day tour and will last 8 hours depending on traffic. This will allow you plenty of time to visit the filming locations (where access is permitted).

5.00In all our travels we have never ever had the kind of service that was provided both before during and after our touring. He went above and beyond and providing us information suggestions and first rate tours of both the Scottish Highlands and an outlander tour !! Kevin McHugh was amazing as was Gary Ross we cannot recommend them enough Wee Scottish Tours delivers on its promise. The van was extraordinarily comfortable, and pristine . We truly cannot think of anyone who could’ve given us a better tour or a better Scottish experience.

5.00I decided to book a private tour for me and my son a few days prior to our departure from Scotland; and what a tour it was!! Not only did Kevin bring us to many Outlander filming locations (one castle also happened to be Winterfell from GOT!), he also told us so many interesting stories, facts and the history, of course, of every place we visited. Kevin also brought us to a few places that we had mentioned wanting to see at some point, but weren't really a part of the "Outlander" theme. I can't say enough about how wonderful this day was - I had never booked a private tour before, and Kevin was so welcoming, easygoing and knowledgeable. I even received a message after the tour, listing a few more sites for us to visit in the area and restaurants that we would enjoy. I will ABSOLUTELY book another tour with him!! Thanks again for everything Kevin.
