Kikuletwa Hot Spring also known as Maji Moto is located in Kilimanjaro, and it is a perfect small oasis in the middle of the dry land. It is surrounded by palm trees, stunning sprawling fig trees and has crystal blue water to take a dip in. It is one of the best places to admire the wonders of nature and enjoy life.
You will get to spend the day here and relax, swim, jump off a swing rope, eat a local lunch and if you sit still in the water for long enough, you will get a free fish spa. There is also an option to go to a beautiful (hidden) waterfall nearby. And if you are lucky, you will get some stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

5.00What an amazing place. The scenery was incredible and the water was so healing. It was so clear! I recommend bringing a water proof video device to catch some of the scenery. There is a hole where the water comes from that our guide was able to take us very close to (assuming you can hold your breath). Unbelievable, unforgettable and friendly experience.

5.00The hot springs were incredible!! Nico’s friend who grew up in the area showed us around the hot springs. He swam through the caves with us and showed us around in a way only a local could. Swinging through the trees into the water was so much fun! Got some amazing photos as well. Awesome experience. 10/10

5.00Msafiri organised our day trip very well and provided a very knowledgeable guide and a tasteful local lunch. We were very pleased with the service and daytrip and can recommend to book with this firm. The hotsprings are about one hour out of Moshi and has the most wonderful clear water in a beautiful green area of vegetation. The water is perfect for relaxation and floating downstream is an unwinding experience. Needless to say, swimming upstream takes some more effort. You can rent rubber tubes as floating support. There are some small local cafe's for lunch and drinks.

5.00I would definitely recommend going on a trip with Msafiri Tanzania, and especially to Hot Springs - such a nice place and fantastic trip with Msafiri Tanzania that had arranged everything with transport and lunch and so are so friendly and welcoming!

5.00A unique experience. You drive and drive on small roads in a very dry, sandy terrain and suddenly a cluster of luscious green trees appear from nowhere. You go on in and find bright this blue warm spring water lagoon. It is the perfect place to kick back and relax, while enjoying the wonders of nature. You shouldn't miss this experience! And once again our guides were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed :) 10/10 would go again.
