Ramoni was our driver. He came on time to our Dead Sea Marriott hotel and transferred us to Amman airport in a very comfortable sedan. He is friendly and personable. He gave us great information about Jordan en route as he spoke English very well. Highly recommend.

My wife and I planned our honeymoon to Jordan. We were picked up by Hassan and he made it a trip that we will never forget. From the moment to got off the plane until we were taken back to Amman, he was an outstanding tour guide and a wealth of knowledge. I typically NEVER write reviews but had to for this vacation. As I am a consumer of information prior to booking I am always skeptical of reviews and always think that they are paid advertisements. Zaid is the real deal and Hasan was a wonderful guide.... polite, timely, flexible, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. If I could give 10 stars I would. One of the best vacations ever!!! Ask for Hassan Mahmoud!

Our driver showed up early and was very professional and knowledgeable. There are no mass transit options from the Dead Sea to the airport, so a private car is the best option.

We bought 4 transfers (Amman-Petra-Dead Sea-airports) from Zaid Travels expecting only to be transported from one location to another. When we arrived, we were greeted by Amer, who unexpectedly became our personalized guide for our entire stay. He introduced us to the Jordanian culture and customs, recommending restaurants and areas to visit. He also suggested to add Wadi Rum to our trip, which we enjoyed very much. Great agency, great guide, and an amazing place to visit.
