1.00Booked large van for 4 people with attached notes that we are 4 people with 8 suitcases. At time of departure a smaller vehicle arrived unwilling to take all passengers and luggage. Driver was argumentative and we were forced to hire a taxi van to take 2 passengers and their luggage separately at additional cost. Operator acknowledged receiving the note but its at their discretion to accommodate. Even though a larger van was reserved well in advance and notes were made about luggage, they still sent a smaller vehicle but at a large van cost. Not impressed.

5.00The driver stayed in constant communication with us by text. He arrived earlier than our scheduled departure time and reached out to give us the option to leave earlier we wanted to. We were not quite ready, so he came back at the exact time he was supposed to be there.

4.00Transfer from cruise ship terminal to airport. There was confusion on where to meet up with the driver and we were waiting in the wrong spot. It would have been easier if the driver had a sign with our name on it as there was a lot of confusion at the terminal. The internet is not always available when you are leaving the ship and therefore messaging on line is not quickly received. Once this was rectified, it was a smooth transfer to the airport.

5.00This was a transfer from the airport to our hotel after a long flight from Canada. Thankfully the gentleman was waiting for us and our transfer was very smooth to the hotel.
