5.00Our driver Jan was punctual, very polite and helpful, and a very attentive safe driver. He picked us up at the end of our Viking Voyage Budapest to Passau. We arrived at Munich airport in plenty of time to check our bags and get through security, plus time to relax before making the flight to Bremen to visit old friends. The Viator office had monitored arrangements nicely, to keep us reassured. We highly recommend Viator, who had been booked by our agent.

5.00Jiri did a great job. Arrived to pick us up on time (early!) and got us to the airport quickly and safely. I continue to be impressed with the level of service we receive from Viator and their operators. The contact person, Jan, was also helpful in finding the right pickup point after our cruise.
