1.00DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They will demand more money from you when you arrive at the airport stating your hotel is to far even though you gave them the hotel information in advance. You must pay them additional money(more than double in my case) or no transfer to your hotel. Additionally Viator will not help you when you report this to them. They will dismiss you and your claim, siding with the vendor m, even though you have provided proof that an extra charge was never disclosed in advance, yet the vendors response was”this is not true’ without providing any evidence. They wait until you arrive at the airport so you cannot cancel within the free 24 hour cancellation period. It is a scam and you have been warned!
