  We had our tour on March 28-31 2024 for El nido Tour A&C for 4 adults & 2 kids. The place was really magical but the whole experience was tainted with disappointments because of how the agency treated us. 1. We arrived in PPS airport and sinundo kmi ng pangpasehorong van na may kargang tone-toneladang ceparlins/tubular steels placed under the seats, preventing us from stretching our legs properly. We had to endure the 5hr land travel from airport to El nido na naka baluktot legs nmin. Remember we have 9&6 yr old kids with us enduring the same situation. 2. Abrupt changes sa itinerary without informing us ahead of time. On the itinerary it says, meet up at a certain place @ this x hour. Only to find out hinahanap na pla kmi ng tour guide sa hotel nmin. We waited sa meet up point for 1.5 hrs, napagalitan pa kmi why we didn't stay sa hotel to be picked up by the tour guide, kasi kmi nalang pla inaantay for the tour to start. We received a message way too late informing us of the changes. 3. Ura uradang change of plans. On the itinerary, it says to be picked up from hotel going back to PPS. We then received a call from the driver asking us nasan na daw ba kmi eh nag aantay na sila sa terminal! Knina pa daw kmi tinatawagan,eh tbh, once lng nagring yng phone which i have abruptly answered. at mind you, sa iba pang number sila tumawag despite telling them na hindi yun ang active number ko. Remember, beyond 6pm wla ng sasakyan. Only to find out from one of the representatives ng agency na hindi pala pinapasok yng Van sa premises kasi wala syang updated na permit. HAD I KNOWN earlier on, we could have traveled directly sa terminal hindi yng last minute changes. Muntik pa kaming maiwan. These could all have been prevented if the representatives communicated to us timely, informing us of the little bits ahead of time. When you think about it, ang simple lng nung naging issues, but the stress, men! It's taxing. It spoilt the whole experience. In defense sa agency, baka bombarded na sila ng concerns that they left us to the last minute. But this is unacceptable. I hope other clients won't be treated this way. Or at least other clients will learn from our horrible experience.

  

  

  

  

  

• We are so amazed by the white sand beach and unique rock formation. We are very impressed by the clear water itself.

  When me and my friends visit the island, we really enjoyed exploring this paradise. We can say that El nido is worth it once you’ve reached it’s paradise. The scenery itself is very peaceful, and it is worth visiting.
