It brings me immense joy to learn of your interest in elephants and their well-being. They are truly magnificent creatures deserving of our love and care. Allow me to introduce myself, my team, and my Elephant Rehabilitation Center.

Owned and managed by a former elephant rider (Mahout), while We was established in 2012, my family's involvement with elephants spans over four generations. Before the center, I worked as an elephant rider at the Amber Palace for nine years, providing riding tours to tourists. However, I yearned for something more meaningful for the elephants and sought to dispel misconceptions about their treatment.

Driven by this desire, I founded the Rehabilitation Center to provide insight into the lives of Asian elephants and to counter misconceptions about their mistreatment. We welcome visitors to experience our eco-friendly living conditions firsthand and witness the work we do to give elephants a better life.

Our Sanctuary has several elephants, some of which have been rescued from various circuses across India. I had a great day at Elefantastic. I had never seen an elephant up close before: It was a fantastic experience and great privilege being able to feed the elephant cucumbers and greens and walk alongside her. Such beautiful creatures!

Happiest man in the world feeling blessed to be so up close and personal with the gentle giant! After clear communication and punctual pickup and comfortable drive, I was pleasantly surprised by the relaxed atmosphere and easy chat with the all the guys and meeting Demba one of the 24 elephants in the sanctuary. There was no rush or pressure but plenty of time for cuddling, feeding and more cuddling and selfies etc before giving the lovely lady a bath and a good old scrub which she was obviously enjoying! I did skip the colouring bit before the bath as that would spoil the experience for me. The lunch in the family home was scrumptious and very generous amounts of different dishes and mum is the loveliest lady! Don’t miss out on this once in a lifetime opportunity!!

Highly recommend doing this if you are in Jaipur! Was so fun to feed and bathe the elephants and you can tell they are really cared for at this sanctuary. Afterwards, you are brought to the family home for a meal cooked by Rahul's mother. Was delicious! And so special.

I recently visited an elephant sanctuary, and it was truly a dream come true! The experience was one of a kind, with the elephants clearly well taken care of. It was heartwarming to see how much the elephant’s caretaker truly cared for her; they clearly had a special bond, and he did an outstanding job. While the guide wasn't as engaging as I had hoped, the personal connection between the elephant and her caretaker more than made up for it. Another great part of the trip was definitely the lunch at the family’s house. The food was incredible—flavorful but prepared with care, remembering to make it not spicy and using boiled water. It was amazing to get a glimpse into authentic Indian family life, and the hospitality was heartwarming. It’s an experience I’ll never forget!
