We start the adventure by departing from your Hotel or Mayan World Airport. To drive us for 1 hour with 20 minutes to reach the archaeological area. Along the way you can have beautiful views such as the Aldea El Remate, Lake Petén Itzá and the Cerro Cahuí crocodile-shaped Biotope.

Tikal National Park

Once in Tikal, we will start our hike of approximately 4 hours, traveling approximately 6 km in time to know the highlights of the spectacular City of Tikal, you will walk on Mayan trails and roadways and at the same time you can appreciate many birds and animals very close to you. The Tikal archaeological site has about 4,000 pre-Hispanic buildings in an area of approximately 16 km2, of which only 15% is restored and enabled for exploration. The area of Tikal covers approximately 576 km2, most of which have not yet been cleared, mapped or excavated.

    Such an incredible experience! Our guide and driver were perfectly on time to pick us up at our hotel. Our guide, Mario, was so knowledgeable and friendly. Tikal was so impressive and fascinating. We had the best time getting to explore it. Highly recommend this trip!
