5.00We visited a number of towns and villages on this tour, but the highlight was definitely the Teide park. The tour was meant to last for 8 hours but our driver/guide was generous and kind to allow us extra time for visiting when needed and so this went beyond our agreed time limit, for which we were all highly grateful. I don't think any other tour could match this based on price and experience.

5.00Everything went exactly as planned, and we had such a beautiful day touring with GlomaTravel. Our guide was Diego, and he picked us up promptly at the meeting place two minutes from the cruise terminal. He drove us safely through the city’s winding roads, and then through Teide National Park. He explained so much about the history of the Canary Islands, and also many of the ecological facts about Teide. We had a wonderful time taking the cable car and seeing the amazing view points from 11,000+ feet. We also stopped in a charming town called La Orotava and saw a few sites, including two beautiful gardens. We were back on our ship at the planned time, about 1.5 hours before all aboard. Diego was kind to us, very informative, and watched out for our safety. We would definitely tour again with Gloma Travel!

5.00Wonderful small group excursion with Diego. He was a knowledgeable and experienced tour guide. He really showed us the beauty of Canary Islands, He took us to the volcano, to a local restaurant and the town. I highly recommend Diego as he is top notch, His English was very good as well.
The story of Diego is complemented by nature.

5.00Diego was our driver/guide. He was stuck in traffic, but immediately contacted that he would arrive a little later. So, fine. Upon arrival it turns out that there are two of us. Diego welcomes us and tells us what lies ahead. His approach and our input. In short, a nice synergy on this tour is possible. We go on our way and the route to the Teide National Park will also be an experience. Diego's story of plants and weather is put into practice. The mist that forms at a certain altitude, the droplet formation on the trees and then suddenly the sun that provides a directional light on the volcano. What a beautiful and varied landscape. At Mount Teide we took a walk and enjoyed the scenery. Despite the other tourists still feel like having the space to yourself. Diego who lavishes beautifully between everything to make our experience as good as possible. He knows when the other buses are somewhere and in consultation with us chooses the program with sequence adjustments so that our experience is optimal. Then viewed the balconies. Masterpiece of wooden balconies. Then visited viewpoints and gardens. Lunch at our request at a local restaurant in La Orotava where the residents also go. A Spanish menu is translated by him and we had a great meal. We would never have found this restaurant ourselves. With a few extra stops Diego brings us back to the port on time. A perfect day in Tenerife.

5.00Our tour guide Diego, was a wealth of knowledge. He showed us the island and we did not feel pressured for time. We are from San Antonio Tx and he gave us so much history on how the Canary Islands helped established San Antonio.

1.00Messaged tour operator 3xs without a response as where to meet. Called support in NY, only to be transfered to Spanish recording & no help. Very disappointing. 😠
