The directions to meet the driver was very unclear. It was difficult to find the meeting point. Information on this tour should have mentioned how much the temperature drops at the mountain and to bring warm clothes/extra layers. The driver was late arriving. Caused for confusion at the start of the tour. We didn’t start until 9:15 am. She left us too long at one stop. We were very cold.
