The activitie is in a private property in the midle of the jungle, 20 minutes from Playa del Carmen. We have a Tour guidw Federal certificacion by the Mexican Goberment (NOM09). Our tours are based in local comunities hide and no very popular... assuring a memorable experience without missing the quality of service that you deserve. Let us know where your pick up could be! Cenotes are located 20 min from Playa del Carmen. Will walking trough the mayan jungle to find them... dont wlorry!... all this 5 cenotes are in the same location, very close each other. Will lern about who made those and about the history hiden inside them. Lockers and bathrooms are available. We must take a shower before get in to the Cenotes for enviroment protection rules. During walking is possible to see birds and local fauna... No Jaguars... after swiming in all the cenotes ww drive back to Playa del Carmen to have lunch in a nice restaurant and then drop off in your hotel.

This family of 6 had an unbelievable day with Roy yesterday! He has been amazing from the time I booked this private tour. He communicated well before we arrived in Riviera Maya telling us what to expect and what items we needed to bring with us. He went out of his way to pick us up at our resort, which was north of Playa, and arrived on time. On our drive he shared some very interesting information about the Mayans, their customs and beliefs. He also educated us on the cenotes. The 5 cenotes he took us to were beautiful and we had such a great time seeing the sites and swimming in the clear water. We finished the day with a delicious lunch at a local authentic Mexican restaurant in Playa where he knew the locals and he went out of his way to meet the special dietary needs of my daughter. I would recommend a day with Roy and touring the cenotes on the top of your vacation list the next time you visit the Riviera Maya region.

Awesome day with Roy! The cenotes are incredible—beautiful, enjoyable and unique experience. Felt very private and tailored to our pace. Roy knows a lot about the history and is a great guide. He took us to an off the tourist-path restaurant afterwards that had fabulous (and very affordable) food—great ceviche and fresh made tortillas were a huge hit! 100% recommend!

Roy was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, informative, and a fantastic guide. The cenotes were incredible, and Roy took us to an incredible lunch afterwards. Highly recommend!!!!

Roy is an awesome tour guide who offers a very personal tour of the Cenotes with no crowds. The 5 Cenotes he brought us to were not massive like those seen on the Xenotes tour with kayaks and ziplines (which we did the day afterwards) but the experience with Roy is more personal and immersive with nature and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more personalized unique experience with someone you will enjoy spending time with. He also went out of his way to stop by a shop to get a gift bag for a wedding gift we needed and brought us to a great local restaurant instead of the typical box lunch tour. He used a Go Pro and has been sending us pictures and video clips of the trip that would have been an extra charge on the other tours. Anyone coming to Playa Del Carmen who wants to do something fun and unique should contact Roy. He also does Chichen Itza and other tours as well we will go on one of them with him on our next visit!

Our family had the absolute BEST day of our entire Mexico vacation thanks to Roy. He runs a small, family-focused tour business and is 100% safe, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about creating an unforgettable experience. Roy took us to five breathtaking, completely private cenotes where we were the only ones there. We never felt rushed. Instead, he encouraged us to take our time, explore, ask questions, and truly enjoy the moment. He shared so many fascinating facts about the Mayans, the land, and the cenotes—my kids were captivated! Afterwards, Roy brought us to a special local restaurant and even ordered for us. We ate like kings and queens! My daughter is a very picky eater and she finished every bite—truly a miracle. The entire day was magical. I am eternally grateful for the memories we made. Roy isn’t just a guide; I now consider him a friend. When we come back to Mexico, he will be the first person we call for more tours. If you’re on the fence… JUST BOOK IT. The value you receive is worth far more than the cost. And as an extra bonus, Roy became our personal photographer. He took stunning photos of my family—both in and out of the water—so I (mom) could be fully present and enjoy every moment. Thank you, Roy, from the bottom of our hearts. This day was the highlight of our trip and one we’ll never forget.

One of the Best days of my life. A magical experience, amazing cenotes, beautiful and peaceful and the grounds were well kept. Ray was an absolutely lovely guide and provided a lot of history and information. He took pictures and go pro videos. It was just myself and Ray the guide.

A highly recommended experience and little traveled (yet). Nothing to envy the most famous cenotes, and beside the main road. We were with Roy (super guide), completely alone for hours, enjoying the walk, bathing, snorkeling and stories.
Do it! You won’t regret it!

Roy was such an incredible guide. He was incredibly friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. The trip was full of great, immersive storytelling. It was so nice to have Roy take pictures so that we could focus on being in the moment, soaking it all in, and really enjoying our time in the cenotes! He’s a great photographer! The restaurant after the cenotes was delicious as well. I would highly recommend.
