The activitie is in a private property in the midle of the jungle, 20 minutes from Playa del Carmen. We have a Tour guidw Federal certificacion by the Mexican Goberment (NOM09). Our tours are based in local comunities hide and no very popular... assuring a memorable experience without missing the quality of service that you deserve. Let us know where your pick up could be! Cenotes are located 20 min from Playa del Carmen. Will walking trough the mayan jungle to find them... dont wlorry!... all this 5 cenotes are in the same location, very close each other. Will lern about who made those and about the history hiden inside them. Lockers and bathrooms are available. We must take a shower before get in to the Cenotes for enviroment protection rules. During walking is possible to see birds and local fauna... No Jaguars... after swiming in all the cenotes ww drive back to Playa del Carmen to have lunch in a nice restaurant and then drop off in your hotel.

5.00A MUST DO! This was truly a special private experience. Roy Mysacbe was our guide. He picked us up at our resort in PDC for a 20 minute ride to the jungle Cenotes. During the trip, Roy shared entertaining and interesting stories about Mayan history, mythology and traditions surrounding the sacred Cenotes. Each Cenote was unique. Your experience in the Cenotes can be as low key or active as you wish. My daughter and I love the water and happily followed Roy swimming through rock formations, between stalactites & stalagmites and into a smaller cave with an underwater dive opening back to the main cave. He provided flashlights along with masks which allowed us to see the magical sights deep below. Lots of wildlife too!

5.00This private cenote tour was the best experience I could’ve asked for for my birthday experience. Roy exceeded all expectations with his storytelling history and knowledge of the area. It was a full experience. Afterwards we were able to have probably the best lunch I have had in Mexico where again he told us the history behind the starting up of the little lunch place. He was very accommodating and easy to communicate with and afterwards provided beautiful videos and photos for us to continue to cherish. We will be booking another tour directly through his website next time we choose to visit Mexico. We will be recommending it to all of our friends or people that we meet that this is a must go to tour. Thanks again, Roy for a unforgettable birthday for me and my husband.
Peaceful walk through the jungle and cenote experience

5.00We were looking for something different to the usual tourist experience and Roy delivered. The other reviews were just what we needed to read to convince us that this was the tour we wanted and it didn’t disappoint. Roy filled us with information about Mayan culture and history at the same time as he introduced us to some sublime experiences at the various secluded cenotes. There were very few other people and other small groups so we had the small pools to ourselves most of the time. We plan to book another of Roy’s tours before we leave.

5.00AMAZING! Whether gazing from above the water’s surface, or swimming below with a snorkel mask, the beauty of cenotes are absolutely breathtaking! Our guide Roy made this an unforgettable experience for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the day. Roy’s knowledge of the geological, religious, and cultural significance of cenotes was fascinating. Roy was quite reverent in his respect for these places and protecting them. Above all Roy is a wonderful person, who you will be grateful to have met, and to have shared such a one-of-a-kind experience with…we can’t give him or the cenotes high enough praise!

5.00Roy is a nice and funny guide. We had a lot of fun with him. We went to all the best spots. Definitely a highlight of our trip. Great communication. He takes photos with care and is truly a color grading artist. He also took us to a local restaurant where we had amazing food. Still thinking of the octopus tacos

5.00We had an absolutely fantastic day with Roy! It is a super nice guide, very professional and above all hyper flexible. He does everything to give us the best possible experience. Roy shares with great passion his knowledge of cenotes: their history, myths and importance in local culture. It was fascinating to listen to and made the visit even more special. The cenotes we visited were simply beautiful, and we were lucky enough to have them almost entirely to ourselves. He also took us to an excellent place for lunch, where we tasted absolutely delicious local Mexican cuisine. 5.00We had an incredible day, exploring the cenotes with Roy. He was so much fun - always making us laugh - and extremely knowledgeable. He customized the trip to our needs, never rushing us and also finding the best restaurant de carne ever! Best meal we had the entire trip. Mostly, we were so grateful to find someone who we could trust. Thank you, Roy!
