A unique experience on the Douro River aboard a 35-foot yacht, the "BIG SMILE". The experience is personalized and designed for small groups of up to 10 people, providing a peaceful sailing experience, with moments of tasting regional Portuguese flavors and the possibility of exploring beautiful landscapes without the hustle and bustle of large crowds.

The sailing is conducted by two experienced skippers who are passionate about the Douro River, offering a serene journey with strategic stops so that passengers can admire the view and take photos of the cities along the way. The route includes more than 20 km of sailing, from the Freixo Marina to the Atlantic Ocean, guaranteeing a unique perspective of the region.

The entire experience was superb from start to finish. Great boat, great crew and great food & wine. It was so enjoyable and informative, definitely the highlight of our trip to Porto, we couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Our two hour experience was just wonderful! Paulo and Christina were the best! Extremely informative and attentive. The drinks and food provided were yummy and Christina’s home made tomato jam was a true compliment to the cheese!!! This truly made our anniversary a day to remember! Would highly recommend.

Paulo is a very accommodating and kind tour operator, the yacht was beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious. We loved the homemade tomato jam, the soft cheeses and the charcuterie. Paulo took many pictures of us and we had a great time on our last day in Porto. Totally recommend!!

Awesome experience with Daniel and the captain. Daniel was very informative and fun. He also arranged a great dinner for us at a locals restaurant. It was incredible and the staff treated us like royalty. We highly recommend this trip.

Paulo and his son Antonio made our trip so much more memorable. My 96 year old father wanted to return to Portugal after his first trip some 60 plus years ago and this experience on the Douro river was top of his highlight list. Thank you Paolo for such a great memory!!! We will be back!

Paulo and Antonio gave us a very warm welcome from the very first time! The bot was clean and fully equipped with everything needed for families or friends. We were given all the necessary information while on board and Paulo and Antonio were ready to answer any set of questions regardind Porto and Douro. A wonderful set of snacks and wines was offered during our boat trip! A fully recommended experience for anyone visiting Porto and especially accompanied by Paulo and Antonio!! Wish you the best!!
