Just West of Hua Hin town in the tranquility of the mountainous Thai countryside lie the Hua Hin vineyards of Monsoon Valley.
Traditionally not a wine producing country, Thailand now has a number of vineyards in several locations producing excellent wines. In fact, the wines from the Hua Hin vineyards have recently won several medals in international competitions.
This vineyard offers you the opportunity to visit the vineyard, learn something about the process of wine making, taste the wines, as well as tour the area.
The drive up to the vineyards goes through some very scenic countryside, passing several small traditional Thai villages. The vineyard as well as the restaurant are very well maintained and clean and are a great place for a relaxed morning or afternoon trip in natural surroundings, with amazing views of rolling hills all around.

After pickup and a 30-minute drive, visit the Huay Mongkol Temple, home to the world's largest Luang Pho Thuat statue, located on the road to the vineyard. After 30 minutes you will continue to the vineyard to explore one of the best spots in the beautiful coastal city of Hua Hin. Enjoy a guided tour of the vineyard and learn how grapevines grow in our tropical climate. Afterwards you will enjoy a wine tasting with 3 different types of wine. PLEASE NOTE: Since Thai law prohibits alcohol from being served to people under 20, they Guest under 20 Years receive a glass of grape juice made from the grapes. Those who wish can rent a mountain bike for an additional fee and explore the Monsoon Valley Vineyards by mountain bike. You can also enjoy, at your own expense, one of the excellent dishes served on the sala terrace, from where you have a wonderful view of our picturesque vineyards, making this day an unforgettable experience. Please note that alcoholic beverages will not serve to guests under 20 years.

5.00What a lovely afternoon out. We first stopped at Wat HuayMongkal which was a lovely experience. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We then went on to the vineyard through some lovely scenery where we tasted 3 different Monsoon Valley wines. The staff were great and knew their wines. It started to rain so they delayed our tour of the vineyard until after lunch. The food was really tasty and a good selection of Thai and western food. We then went on a tour of the vineyard and were taught a lot from our guide and even got to try some grapes. All in all a great day out.

5.00The tour guide was positive, energetic and spoke good English. Explained mass along the way as we drove past lots of different plants and fruits. A half-hour stop in the temple was very nice. The guide told us a lot and answered all the questions we had. The wine was very good, lovely plant. Nice hosts and waiters. The guide and the transport did not stress with going back. They asked us to spend all the time we wanted, without any problem. Duration about 6 hours including lunch.
Wonderfull and expensive Experiment….

4.00The Estate is wonderfull and nice and a wonderfull Staff . Is lovely and the Wine is okay when you come from Europe taste the different but it, was good and nice. what was really not okay with the wine Yard Tour what you have to Pay one hundred and fifty Bath. The Guide was Really Bad in englisch he had no Really good Information of vine and the Estate and he could Not answer any questions we had! and that for the Price was really Rubbish! Estate Yes but dont do the Tour

2.00The description of the visit was misleading. It was essentially a taxi ride to the Vineyards via a temple, where we were given 15 minutes to look round unescorted. On arrival at the vineyard we were offered a speedy tasting so that we could take part in a pre-scheduled tour of the vineyards. Please note that no wine is made onsite so it was just a quick 10 minute drive around various vineyards accompanied by one of the employees. Aside from the tasting (where we were given 3 small glasses of wine each and a description read from the card) and the 10 minute vineyard tour, everything else cost extra. It was promoted as a 4-5 hour trip, but if we hadn't decided to stay for a small lunch and spread the visit out a bit, we would have been back within 2.5 hours. It was an enjoyable visit, but not what had been described and consequently well over-priced.

5.00Beautiful location and the restaurant at monsoon was absolutely delicious. Great tour, good wine and great location. I definitely recommend if you want a quiet meal out at a different location than the beach.

5.00It was very rewarding to get information about viticulture in Thailand. I had almost no knowledge of this. We got to try three kinds of wine and to my great surprise they were really good. The white was the best then the red and in third place the rose wine. The staff were very nice and the nature very beautiful. We are happy that we went on this tour despite some prejudices about Thai wine production.

5.00A great scenery. I just found the drive through the vineyards too short. However, it may be because there is no harvest season and therefore there is less farm.

4.00something I never expected to do in Thailand ,a wine tour . But a good afternoon out . the visit around the winery was interesting we had a wine tasting We also had lunch ( not included ) The cheese board was very good
