Titou Gorge
Visit to the Titou Gorge which is a short swim through a series of natural rooms and ponds formed by high cliff walls canopied by interlaced trees leading to a hidden waterfall!
Drive up over 2787 ft above sea level and trek the trails that surrounds the marvelous Fresh Water Lake which lies at the center of an old volcano at the foot of Morne Macaque and is a source of the Roseau River. You have the option to view or trek the loop trail which is an hour walk (easy to moderate)

5.00Kevin was fantastic!!! We very much enjoyed him and his energy made it great. He was very knowledgeable since he grew up on the island. He took us to all the best spots and organized the stops to avoid other large tourist groups. The island is absolutely beautiful was we were grateful for our time there. We will return!!!

5.00Great trip with Phil as our driver and guide. He took us to all the sights and we had a wonderful day, best of our 10 day cruise. The swim through the grotto to the waterfall was highlight don’t miss. At the end he drove us to his hometown for a wonderful lunch. Highly recommend.

5.00An incredible Excursion! The hike to fresh water lake is beautiful. Titou gorge it was really nice to be able to swim in cool water after hiking. Trafalgar is very pretty and to finish off beautiful hot pool with water at 37° perfect for relaxation! My guide kevin was exceptional, very attentive during the hike. I recommend!

5.00What an incredible day with Kevin. First, we were blessed with a beautiful day with views up and down the hills of Dominica. Second, Kevin was very accommodating and we planned our outing on the fly based on what we wanted to accomplish for the day. He recognized we were up for a challenge and we trekked up Trafalgar Falls and enjoyed the hot springs near the top. His passion and pride for the island was very evident and he answered all our many questions. Lastly, he took some memorable pictures and videos, especially at Titou Gorge. Thanks Kevin for a lovely experience- hope to see you our next trip to Dominica!

5.00Kevin was an exceptional guide. He went above and beyond to ensure our family had a great experience in Dominica. Each stop was more beautiful than the last. He was very knowledgeable about the island and answered our many questions. He captured great pictures throughout the day and had us back to our ship with time to spare. We highly recommend this tour and Kevin in particular!

5.00We had a lovely tour of the natural features of the island with Philbert. He was very knowledgable, friendly and attentive. We went up the mountain to reach the freshwater lake, then gorge swim, Trafalgar waterfalls and a soak in warm sulphur baths. We finished with a drive through of the botanic gardens and a lovely view of the town and ship. The roads are rough and narrow but Philbert managed well. He was excellent. We would highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide, Kevin, was exceptional—personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He made us feel welcomed right away and brought the island’s beauty and culture to life. We visited Trafalgar Falls, where the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The stop at the hot springs was incredibly relaxing—a perfect way to soak in Dominica’s natural charm. And exploring the Titou Gorge was absolutely unforgettable; the experience felt like stepping into another world. Kevin shared amazing insights at every stop and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. I am prone to car sickness and Kevin drove very gently and carefully he kept checking that I was ok. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a better day. If you’re considering a tour of Dominica, you won’t regret booking with Kevin!!! This was an experience we’ll be talking about for years!

5.00Book this tour! Don’t think twice, just do it and enjoy. Absolutely amazing experience! Titou Gorge was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever done. And the visit to the hot springs was heavenly, especially getting a drink and some chicken wings afterward. It was a rainy day and I loved it!
