Aguadilla, well-known for its surfing beaches and unrivaled sunsets, is a perfect destination for those who love sun, sand and scenery. During the sugar cane era, railway tunnels were used to transport sugar cane from area farms. El Tunel de Guajataca, located right along the coast (connecting Guajataca and Isabela), is an easy hike where you can learn not only about Puerto Rican history, but also swim, play, and lounge on one of the many beaches nearby.

Situated along the coastline, this area also boasts multiple natural tidal pools (including but not limited to Playa Sardinera, Playa Montones, Pozo de Teodoro, Posita Sardinera, Poza las Golondrinas). Depending on season, weather, time of day, etc, the appearance of these pools may vary, but are always a beautiful experience.
