On this day trip, you will see all the beautiful scenery in Lijiang, it is a leisure day tour. You will visit Black Dragon Pool, Dongba Culture Museum, then followed with Lijiang Old Town, continue to visit Mu Palace and Lion Hill which are also located in Lijiang Old Town.
It is a good chance to learn Naxi script and culture.

Old Town of Lijiang - China
In the morning, your tour guide will meet you at hotel. Pay a visit to Lijiang old Town which is officially called “Dayan Town”, “Dayan” literally means a “great ink stab”, a graphic description of the town’s location on a piece of rich flatland fed by a river and surrounded by green mountains. It is a well-preserved Naxi ancient town, listed as UNESCO World Heritage site in 1997. It is one of the four best-preserved ancient cities in China.
Mufu Palace
Later, follow a trip to Ming-dynasty style Mufu Palace, the “Forbidden City” of Lijiang to know Tusi’s ruling history and appreciate Naxi people’s brilliant culture and fine arts.

5.00Very good tour and the guide, Sophie, was excellent. Museum of Naxi culture most interesting. Views from the top of the Old town wonderful and you must experiment for lunch! Fair walk and need to remember the elevation so pace yourself. Thoroughly recommend this tour.
