First, safety briefing & instructions about the boat, life jackets, bathroom etc. We'll serve coffee, croissants & open bar all day. We'll depart towards our first snorkeling stop, cruising along the coastline with historical info & helpful tips from the Captain. We'll arrive at Long Bay, with more info about where we are & sea life to expect (also turtles). Quick brief on snorkel equipment. While guests swim, snorkel, paddle board or relax on the beach, we'll prepare lunch: charcoal BBQ, marinated chicken breast, mixed salad, gluten-free pasta salad, homemade garlic dip, French bread & beyond burgers for vegetarians. When guests come back on board, lunch is served. Next? Another snorkeling stop. Fresh melon, snacks, drinks (mimosas, rum punch, beers, sodas etc.) served & more stories about Sint Maarten from the Captain. Arriving in Little Bay, with a submarine, shipwreck, helicopter & sea life. After a full day of fun we'll return with lifetime memories. P.S. Service charge not included. P.S. 5.00We had such a lovely experience on this catamaran! Mike and his wife Elmira were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. One of the coolest parts of the day was being able to swim from the boat straight to the beach , such a fun and unforgettable experience! When we got back onboard, we were welcomed with the most amazing food which honestly made the whole experience even better. A few of us ended up dealing with motion sickness during the ride, but they were so caring and constantly checking in to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. We specifically wanted a private boat experience for just our group of 8 since so many other tours were public with 25+ people, and this felt so much more personal and comfortable. We truly felt at home the entire time. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a more intimate and memorable experience on the water!

5.00Fun, fun day with Mike and Elmira. Mike is an excellent captain and Elmira rocks as the First Mate. A well stocked boat with food and drink!!! Very knowledgeable about Saint Martin and the surrounding waters. You are guaranteed to have a great experience.

5.00We had such an incredible experience. The boat was lovely. Mike and Elmira could not have made you feel more at home. They were so knowledgeable about the island. Absolutely lovely, hospitable couple that really know what they are doing. We had a beautiful day, and would come back in a second!

5.00Our day on the water with Captain Mike and his LOVELY wife Elmira was the highlight of our trip. They have honed their craft to a T! I appreciated all of the knowledge and experience as they shared stories with us. It felt like talking to old friends and I wanted to stay longer! Elmira was so attentive to our needs, checking in to see how she could serve us while also giving us time to ourselves. She and Mike prepared the most delicious FRESH lunch while we snorkeled and enjoyed the beautiful beach. You will absolutely NOT regret booking with Red Baron Charters! 5.00Absolutely amazing experience, I couldn’t have asked for a better charter. The hosts Mike and Elmira became some of my favorite people I have met on my whole trip. Homemade food and drinks made for a perfect day. And the music playlist is top tier!! I definitely recommend red baron charters if you are looking for a reasonably priced excursion.

5.00Had such a great time with Red Baron Charters. Captain Mike and his wife were seriously amazing people and made the whole day feel super fun and welcoming. They were both so friendly and easy to talk to, and you could tell they really care about everyone on the boat having a good experience. The catamaran ride was beautiful, the water was crystal clear, and the snorkeling spots were honestly some of the coolest I’ve ever seen. They knew all the best places to go and made the trip feel really personal and relaxed instead of crowded or rushed. One of my favorite parts was just how laid back and genuine they both were. It didn’t feel like some big tourist thing, it felt like spending the day out on the water with really good people. They made the whole experience memorable and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re visiting St. Maarten, I seriously recommend booking with them. Could not have asked for a better day. Thanks again Captain Mike!

5.00Great experience all the way around. Captain Mike and Elmira are a wonderful blend of highly competent tour guides and the most hospitable hosts you could imagine. Swimming/snorkeling spots were quiet and pleasant, and Mike's stories are entertaining. Would highly recommend.

5.00There were 9 of us. Captain Mike and his awesome wife Elmira were gracious hosts. In addition to Mikes skilled boatmanship, they prepared tasty food choices and plenty of beverages. It was a beautiful day in the Caribbean. We will definitely book again with Captain Mike and Red Baron on our next trip to Sint Maarten.
