First, safety briefing & instructions about the boat, life jackets, bathroom etc. We'll serve coffee, croissants & open bar all day. We'll depart towards our first snorkeling stop, cruising along the coastline with historical info & helpful tips from the Captain. We'll arrive at Long Bay, with more info about where we are & sea life to expect (also turtles). Quick brief on snorkel equipment. While guests swim, snorkel, paddle board or relax on the beach, we'll prepare lunch: charcoal BBQ, marinated chicken breast, mixed salad, gluten-free pasta salad, homemade garlic dip, French bread & beyond burgers for vegetarians. When guests come back on board, lunch is served. Next? Another snorkeling stop. Fresh melon, snacks, drinks (mimosas, rum punch, beers, sodas etc.) served & more stories about Sint Maarten from the Captain. Arriving in Little Bay, with a submarine, shipwreck, helicopter & sea life. After a full day of fun we'll return with lifetime memories. P.S. Service charge not included. P.S. 5.00Only one word that comes to mind, experience. Mike and Elmira made this day so special for my wife’s birthday and our entire group. From the time we were greeted all the way to when they brought us back, the service hospitality couldn’t have been any better. Lunch was also incredible!! We were made to feel like family the entire time and they definitely made this day the highlight of our vacation.

5.00We had a fantastic day on the water. We came in on a cruise ship and it was raining. Captain Mike gave us the option to cancel our Private Catamaran or continue on with the booking. We had a fantastic day with Captain Mike and his wife. They made us a delicious lunch and took us to a beautiful spot to swim and lounge on the beach. A wonderful day with great people! Thank you Captain Mike!

5.00Mike and Elmira are the ultimate hosts!! From the minute we were picked up until the moment we were back on land, no stone of hospitality was left unturned. We celebrated a friend’s 50th birthday and the day was absolutely perfect. The food they prepared for lunch was made with such care and attention, cooking for us as if we were family. We truly enjoyed our day and couldn’t recommend this tour enough!!

5.00Had a great day trip with Red Baron. Food and drinks were great and the crew was very friendly and helpful. Was able to to swim and snorkel in two different areas around the island with beautiful waters.

5.00A must when visiting SXM. Captain Mike and Elmira showed us around the French side of the island. The service was outstanding. We wanted for nothing. Enjoying lunch in Baie Longue was a highlight. My family was blessed to be able to spend the day on the beautiful water on the Red Baron.

5.00This is the way to go! Great people, great service, great food, great boat! Mike and Elmira are so fun and engaging. I wish we could have spent our while trip cruising around with them!
