First, safety briefing & instructions about the boat, life jackets, bathroom etc. We'll serve coffee, croissants & open bar all day. We'll depart towards our first snorkeling stop, cruising along the coastline with historical info & helpful tips from the Captain. We'll arrive at Long Bay, with more info about where we are & sea life to expect (also turtles). Quick brief on snorkel equipment. While guests swim, snorkel, paddle board or relax on the beach, we'll prepare lunch: charcoal BBQ, marinated chicken breast, mixed salad, gluten-free pasta salad, homemade garlic dip, French bread & beyond burgers for vegetarians. When guests come back on board, lunch is served. Next? Another snorkeling stop. Fresh melon, snacks, drinks (mimosas, rum punch, beers, sodas etc.) served & more stories about Sint Maarten from the Captain. Arriving in Little Bay, with a submarine, shipwreck, helicopter & sea life. After a full day of fun we'll return with lifetime memories. P.S. Service charge not included. P.S. Destinations may vary due to weather.

5.00Captain Mike and Elmira were the highlight of our whole trip and we are so glad that we chose to book with them. From the moment we stepped on board all the way to returning to the marina, we were so taken care of. They provided sandwiches and fruit right away, followed by the best grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, pasta salad, and bead/butter for lunch. Elmira kept us very well hydrated the whole time 🤪 Captain Mike was incredibly knowledgeable about the island which was great to learn more about. Overall, if you’re looking for a day on the ocean with stops to swim and snorkel, eat delicious food, and enjoy company of people who feel like family then this is your sign to book with Red Baron. We would absolutely book with Captain Mike and Elmira next time n SXM.

5.00We had an absolutely fantastic day on the water with Captain Mike and his wonderful wife Elmira. Mike is an incredibly skillef captain who knows the best spots, while Elmira spoiled us with delicious snacks, fresh fruit, and excellent drinks. The boat was perfectly equipped — plenty of shade, comfy seating, and great music. We sailed, snorkeled, and had an excellent grilled chicken lunch that was prepared fresh! Their warmth, humor, and hospitality made the trip unforgettable. If you want a relaxed, fun, and truly memorable catamaran experience, book with Captain Mike and Elmira.

5.00Unbelievable. You come as friends and leave as family, it's true. If you're a jerk don't go. If you want to meet amazing people and have an amazing experience it's the best day of your trip. You'll be very well taken care of because you'll be treated as one of the family not as a customer on a shared ship. Price is great and it's a private boat with everything included. Everything was delicious. It's the right choice.

5.00If you’re looking for a catamaran tour, this is the place! Do not fall for other charters. Mike and Elmira will make you feel like you’re on a mega million private charter yacht. Mike is an excellent and informative captain. Enjoy the water as well as a history lesson of the island. Elmira will absolutely pamper you. Your cup will never be empty and your heart will be completely full. We look forward to returning and chartering with these two again. Very well priced and a great value. What a gem of the island. You will not be disappointed!

5.00AMAZING VIEWS, FOOD, DRINKS, HOSPITALITY, & MEMORIES! Captain Mike and Elmira are the best - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable to be more specific. Our entire group (ages 6-75) enjoyed ourselves….so much so that we have all done this excursion multiple times Elmira was always offering beverages and checking in to see if we needed anything. Lunch was delicious - chicken and tuna grilled on the boat! Our son enjoyed feeding some bread to the fish before snorkeling. Lots of seating options on the boat….including an amazing lounger net with cushions. Recommend without reservation! The only bad part will be a random cloud or when the trip is over!
