  Our hosts were gracious and kind. They took time to personally work with our less experienced snorkelers. They took us to perfectly hidden gems of beaches and grilled us a wonderful lunch.

  Our group of six had the absolute pleasure of experiencing our very first private charter with Max Charters, and it was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we stepped aboard, Andrew and Casey made us feel welcome, relaxed, and fully taken care of. Their passion for what they do shines through every aspect of the experience. Andrew's knowledge of the islands was truly remarkable. He shared such fascinating stories and history that brought each destination to life in a way we’ll never forget. Casey, on the other hand, guided us through the most stunning snorkeling spots, ensuring we felt safe while also making it a fun and exciting adventure beneath the water’s surface. The food and drinks onboard were beyond our expectations. Lunch was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, complemented perfectly by the snacks and a generously stocked open bar. Every detail felt curated, like they’d thought of everything to make sure we were comfortable and truly indulged.   We booked a full-day boat charter through Viator, and it was an exceptional experience. The boat was well-maintained, and both the captain and his assistant were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their thoughtfulness really stood out—they took us to shallow, tranquil beaches and a private area with clear water after we mentioned our group's fear of the water. The right-hand mate was fantastic with my nieces, guiding them through snorkeling with patience and sharing her knowledge about marine life. She even took pictures of us throughout the day, adding to the fun. The relaxed atmosphere on the boat, combined with great food and drinks, made for a perfect day. Compared to other charters we've done, this one was top-notch due to the personal service and friendly approach. I highly recommend this boat charter for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable day on the water.   My husband and I booked the private full day sail with Max Charters and it was *pure MAGIC*! We were waited on hand and foot all day, got to go to the best snorkeling spots, and heard some really fun stories from our captain and Casey. We had so much fun and felt completely spoiled.   This was an amazing experience! The boat was nice (yay restroom on board!) but what really made the day were our incredible expert guides, captain Aaron and first mate Casey. We were timid snorkelers but their enthusiasm for EVERYTHING was contagious and we couldn’t help but have the most amazing and memorable day. This was the highlight of our trip!

  Had the most memorable time with Captain Aaron and First Mate Casey! Went with my aunt, mom, sister & cousin. Truly cannot speak highly enough for the service, laughs, and sites. Aron and Casey took us snorkeling throughout many different areas of St John & St Thomas. We will 120% be reaching out during our next trip! Thank you for making memories with us!!

  The crew was great. We felt very safe and cared for. The drinks, snacks, and lunch were delicious! Wonderful interaction, conversation and laughs with the crew. Saw beautiful parts of the islands around St Thomas. Sailing was very fun! Beautiful water!

  There were six adults on this trip. We went sailing, swimming, and snorkeling while being served and enjoying rum punch. The captain, Aaron, was very gracious and truly encouraged our crew to relax and enjoy our adventure. He gave us different options of places to go snorkeling and/or swimming. He even cooked us chicken on the small grill on the boat. Our first mate, Mariah, was very informative as well as ensuring our rum punch filled glasses were never empty. Lunch and snacks were great! It was 6 hours of fun and laughter which I highly recommend! Thanks so much for making our last day in St Thomas so memorable!
