Connect with nature and breathe in the fresh air on this exciting tour to Las Tinajas in Ceiba, Puerto Rico. The well-maintained trails make this adventure perfect for families!
We will hike along an off-the-beaten-path trail for 20-30 minutes. Along the way, you'll encounter exotic plants and birds, with our guide providing detailed information about the flora and fauna of this incredible place. At the Tinajas natural pool and cascades, you can swim in crystal-clear waters and even try out a swinging rope for added excitement. Next, we'll embark on a 5-10 minute hike to another natural pool, featuring a 20-foot natural waterslide and an optional 3-foot high jump from a rock.
After our adventure at El Yunque, you will be able stop at local mom-and-pop restaurant for a quick taste of authentic Puerto Rican cuisine made with love!

El Yunque National Forest
You'll learn some of local history and route interpretation and see native farms and towns. Hike on the side of the river while learning about flora and fauna of the rainforest. Then, enjoy a natural pool with crystal clear water, swing ropes, jump up to 30 feet and ride on natural smooth waterslides surrounded by beautiful old trees. You’ll eat fresh fruits prepared by our guide. Take pictures under a natural spring waterfall.

5.00Such a wonderful experience. Definitely need to be very fit and in shape to climb the rocks. Swimming in the waterfall was very relaxing.

5.00Rafael was hands down one of the best tour guides we have ever had. It was myself (afraid of heights, gets vertigo), my husband, and two kids aged 10 and 15 - one of them has Autism. Rafael not only answered every single question my son asked, but assured him throughout the day that he was safe. He never lost his patience, never seem annoyed- if anything, he appeared easy-breezy even as I (43 years old) shook thinking about jumping off a rock. It was his confidence that led to my son going through ever waterfall, and while I had to go a step lower to jump off a rock- you can hear him cheering while filming me do it. Not only was our safety his highest priority, Rafael was a WEALTH of knowledge about the area, the island- it all. This was EXACTLY the kind of guide we were looking for in order to learn and immerse ourselves. I rarely have a guide that truly appeared to enjoy the day with us, even though he must have done this tour a hundred times. By the end of the day, he felt less guide, more familia. We are in the process of making plans to come back to Puerto Rico again. When we do, he will be the first person we book with. Thank you Rafael for helping us create wonderful memories and teaching us about your home.

5.00Awesome trip with Rafael. It was one of the busiest days of the year (no idea when I booked it) but he made sure to find a way around some of the large crowds to get us a more personalized experience. Enjoyed learning about some of the history of Puerto Rico. Ate local fruits and enjoyed an amazing authentic Puerto Rican lunch on the side of the road.One of the best things I ate in Puerto Rico! I guess I didn’t know exactly how much climbing versus hiking. If your looking for a long trail hike this isn’t for you but if your looking for a rocky climb to a pretty water fall and some fun sliding and swinging with your family then I would recommend. Wear good water shoes. You need to be in moderately good shape. It was an experience I’m Very glad my husband and teenage kids did while in Puerto Rico!

5.00The tour adjusted to our cruise ship arrival, and made sure we were back in time. Rafael told us a lot about the history of the island, and was happy to answer any questions. We felt like were the only people there for good portions of the hike and tour, even though there were other groups around. My children were treated great, each at their level, and each encouraged to have fun with jumping into the water, rope swinging, and the slides. They all loved it. Best mango I've ever had.

5.00Cluster was an awesome guide! I have toured El Yunque previously… but not like this! What a blast! Waterfall slides, rope swings, hiking…oh my!
