Your great local guide and the driver will meet you at your downtown Hangzhou hotel or train station if you travel by train, spend few mins to discuss with your guide the sites you are interested to visit or follow the following recommended itinerary. Next, head to the famous Longjin tea plantation, where you will enjoy the spectacular countryside view with vast tea terrace, enjoy a short hike along the lush green plantation and learn how to pick the tea leaves and learn the local fascinating tea culture and produce. Here you will take a break and visit a local tea farmer’s house and savor a delightful home cooked lunch based on your own dietary requests.

5.00Phoenix was an absolute gem of a tour guide—she showed us exactly why having a local makes all the difference. She took us to hidden local spots with incredible views, far from the tourist crowds, that we never would’ve found on our own. Huge shoutout to our amazing driver too, who even grabbed things from the pharmacy for us mid-tour (above and beyond!). Truly top-notch service all around—couldn’t recommend this experience more!

5.00Our tour guide, David, was great! He picked us up on time, had a plan for us and ensured that we were taken care of throughout the trip. During the light show, it started raining very heavily. David went out of his way to ensure our comfort - he found us in the seating area, handed us umbrellas and took care of our stuff. ❤️
