They were professional, supportive, and wonderful company, providing us with fascinating historical insights about the places we visited. 5.00I booked a full-day tour with **Mauritius Al Ameen Tours** just 6 hours before pickup—completely last-minute before flying out the next day. I was genuinely impressed when the **owner personally called me** to explain that the excursion I booked was already full due to a booking platform error. Rather than cancel, he asked me to give him a little time. He promised that if things didn’t work out, he would arrange a full refund. To my surprise, he soon called back and said he had managed to organize everything so I could enjoy the full tour, just as listed: * Trou Aux Cerfs Volcano * Grand Bassin Hindu Temples * Alexandra Falls * Black River Gorges * Rhumerie Chamarel * Chamarel Waterfall * Chamarel 7 Coloured Earth * Return to hotel The real standout of the day was **Salah, my driver and guide**. He did an **exceptional job**, offering not just transportation but deep insights into Mauritian culture and history. I was truly moved by the **early dinner we shared**, where we connected over food and local traditions. Salah was warm, patient, and took the time to recommend local dishes and cultural entries that enhanced the whole experience. There was no rushing at any stop. He let me soak it all in, and after the tour was officially complete, he asked if I had time to take a different route. I said yes—and he took me on a scenic drive that traced **half the coastline of the island**. It was an unforgettable bonus that made me feel more like a guest than a customer. If you’re looking for a tour that’s more than just sightseeing — this is the one. **Al Ameen Tours** and **Salah** turned a potential booking issue into one of the most **memorable experiences of my trip**.

5.00We had a wonderful experience with this company from start to finish. They organised this tour for us late the night beforehand as we were on a cruise impacted by a cyclone in the region. Mutasim very kindly held the tour option until the morning to make sure we would actually be docking and making it ashore - fantastic communication. He even organised access to the port so my elderly grandmother didn't have to walk. Our tour south was incredible. Beautiful views and plenty to see. Mutasim was very knowledgeable and flexible with requested stops for shopping, always finding us the very best. He even very kindly bought us a taste of street food as we didn't have local currency - delicious! Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if we are back in Mauritius.
