  We were picked up at the cruise terminal in Port Klang by our driver. Before that Raj (driver) contacted us via whatsapp and told us the exact arrival time. The ride was very entertaining and Raj provided us with a lot of information. To the most beautiful and important sights he led us super and we had good time to look at everything. Timely return to port. All in all a super private full day tour. Ideal for cruisers. We can only recommend.

  The driver sent a picture of his license plate instead of meeting us. We had to find him in the parking lot. I had contacted the tour operator about a time so I could purchase tickets to the Petrons Towers and they told me not to worry about it that they would take care of it. This was the one thing we really wanted to see in Kuala Lumpur. So I decided to to by tickets myself today from Viator and there tour operator sent for Saturday the 24 and we won’t be here. The people at the office at Petronas said they would honor but the tickets they sent were not legitimate. A terrible tour all around

  Amazing trip with a brilliant tour guide and driver. Everything was so well organised from the communication and pick up at cruise terminal to the incredible amount of things we packed into the day. Tour guide and driver Geva made this a very memorable day for us.

  We were met by Stanley from Skyline Holidays Travel & Tours at Port Klang cruise terminal. We had an absolute fantastic day with Stanley he was knowledgeable & a fun friendly tour guide / driver. Stanley took us a mature group of 7 to all the main attractions of Kuala Lumpur. I would not hesitate to recommend Stanley for your Kuala Lumpur experience.

  Excellent overview of KL. Great driver and guide. You really need more time to see this wonderful city but it gave us a taste to want to return. Gvn took us to Market and Food Court. Great stop! Allow more time here

  Overall we enjoyed the tour through KL, but there were some things that did not go smoothly. We enjoyed many of the sights on the itinerary, and our guide was good at adjusting the amount of time at different stops when we wanted to stay less or more time. By midday our guide/driver hadn't mentioned where or when we would stop for lunch, so I asked about it - he seemed surprised we wanted lunch, but took us to a place that had delicious biryani. I did find that some of the places we visited (coffee, chocolate), we felt pressured to buy something. The tour is clearly designed for cruise passengers, but our driver (whose name we do not know, because he never introduced himself) said that we were his first cruise port pick-up. I'm also not sure that the tour operator understood the non-negotiable timing for getting us back onboard. This is always our biggest worry booking a tour with an outside company, and not the cruise. The morning of the tour, I received a message from the operator that our tickets for the Petronas Twin Towers Observatory would be at 3:3o and the tour lasts 40 min. I told them we had to return to the port by 5, and asked for an earlier time and they were able to move it up to 3pm. While on the Sky Bridge part of the tour, it became clear that it was going to be closer to an hour-long tour and we asked to head back down without seeing the 360-degree view observation deck. We were right to do that, because traffic out of the city was congested and we got back to the port just in time for the last shuttle.
