My spouse and I went on a full day walking tour of Old City Jerusalem during our recent trip to Israel and it was, by far, the highlight of our entire trip. Shlomo is an incredibly knowledgable, organized, and accommodating guide. Before the tour even started, he asked us our interests so that he could customize our time together in order to maximize our experience. He has a knack for connecting with visitors of any background and works hard to make sure everyone is having a great experience. He is an A+ guide and would be a perfect choice for anyone looking for a tour guide on their next trip to Israel!

Very pleasant and knowledgeable guide who managed to show us a lot in a relatively short time span. He provided us with excellent and very interesting historical information and put historical events in a clear context. We highly recommend Shlomo.

Shlomo was very precise in his instructions prior to the tour. Great communication. As for the tour itself, he was prompt, knowledgeable and showed us places that we would have never been able to find on our own. He really enjoys what he does and it shows. We also felt way more informed and knowledgeable after the tour. The value for the amount of time spent on this tour was exceptional. Would highly recommend Shlomo to anybody who wants to learn more about Jerusalem.

I had an incredible tour with Shlomo through the Old City. He has an incredible grasp of history, the multiple religions that shaped the region, and is an easy going person to walk around with. If/when I come back I will definitely book round 2. He was also super helpful on travel advice for other questions I had for the country, above and beyond in service.

We spent two weeks in Israel and feel like we “saw it all”; our day with Shlomo was genuinely the highlight. Shlomo gets rave reviews because every tour is bespoke (i.e., religion, history, or politics - you decide). He bounces around 1,000s of years of history in a way that’s logical and easy to follow, and reinforces the points with questions to make you think. It was like a college lecture from everyone’s favourite professor. Thank you, Shlomo - we appreciate you!

What a wonderful day! Mr. Cohen was a delightful guide. He clearly knows a lot about the Old City and past an present. He put a lot of what we were looking at in the context of the tumultuous history of the Levant, Palestine and Israel. I came away with fuller knowledge of the area.

Shlomo was very knowledgable about the Old City of Jerusalem during our half-day tour. He took us to see the sites we wanted to see and showed us some additional smaller sites along the way. Well worth it.

On Oct. 20th, 2022, Shlomo Cohen took us on a full-day guided tour of the old city of Jerusalem, starting from Mount of Olives. He was very knowledgeable and showed us all the important Christian, Jewish & Muslim sites. It was very interesting. Shlomo is a great guide and a really nice person to spend the day with. Shlomo is personable, knowledgeable, and thoroughly delightful. I thought we were going to have a typical tour highlighting all the areas we know best. But Shlomo brought an unusual perspective and observation to the old city and its history. We were a multi-generational group, and Shlomo was sensitive to our pace, our questions, and our interest in learning something new. He handled all tasks with professionalism and kindness.
