Travel in a luxury minivan through Chianti’s unmistakable landscape of historic vineyards, rolling green hills and medieval villages, with a private driver at your disposal throughout the day. Taste renowned Chianti wines and authentic Tuscan cuisine at estates of your choosing, or let your local driver make suggestions for the best places to wine, dine and explore.
• 8/9 hrs Full-Day private tour of the famed Chianti wine region from Florence.
• Visit historic family-run estates to learn about traditional wine production methods and taste their famous Super Tuscan and Chianti Classico wine
• Stop at charming medieval villages like Greve, Panzano, or Castellina.
• Taste locally produced olive oil, cheese, cold cuts, and other staples of Tuscan cuisine.
• Travel in a private, Mercedes-Benz Minivan (up to 7 seats).

This tour/experience will have a maximum of 7 travelers (your private party)
You will be picked up directly at your hotel or address communicated (in Florence down Town) the time of booking at the exact time of the start of the tour.
Not suitable for pets.
Not wheelchair accessible.
In case of rain the umbrellas are provided by your driver.
Upon request, during the reservation we can organize lunch in winery or on farms, this is a highly recommended experience, especially for wine lovers. (We also offer vegetarian and gluten-free lunches, and accommodate allergies. Upon request 24hrs before the tour).
Our drivers will happily assist with any questions or requests. They are vastly familiar with Tuscany and will share curiosities and facts, or offer suggestions about the area being toured, and more.

Experience the unforgettable town of Greve in Chianti, located in the heart of the Chianti Classico wine region, and home of the famous explorer Giovanni da Verrazzano. An unmissable visit is also due at the ancient and famous Falorni butcher shop, where you will have the opportunity to taste exceptional Tuscan snacks made with local cold cuts and cheeses!
Castello di Montefioralle
Montefioralle is truly a treasure of Tuscany - not to be missed. Originally a castle in the Middle Ages, with its 79 inhabitants, it is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Absolutely worth a visit, take time for a stroll and take some photos in its iconic, narrow stone streets.

5.00This was an excellent trip. We’ve taken a trip with Alessandro before when we were in Florence last time and liked him so much we booked him again and it was just as amazing as we had remembered. He is very knowledgeable and accomodating! Couldn’t recommend him enough!
We wouldn’t use anybody else! Alessandro’s knowledge of all things Florence/Tuscany is amazing! Highly recommend!!!

5.00We had an amazing day with Alessandro visiting San Gimignano, Casa Emma and off the beaten path places in the Chianti region of Tuscany. Alessandro is a native and true expert on the region. He is very knowledgeable about the history and wine production of the region. He arranged for a tour of Casa Emma Vineyard with a generous wine tasting and beautifully prepared Tuscan luncheon at the estate. He took us to a couples of places in the region where we could experience true Tuscany. He was a pleasure to spend our day with and we would highly recommend his UNIQUE TUSCANY services.

5.00We did a private tour with Alessandro of Chianti wineries and villages. Wow, this day was our favourite out of a fantastic 18-day trip to Italy! We had so much fun, it was like visiting with a friend who knows all the right spots to go to, and more ;). The Tuscany region is simply breathtakingly beautiful. The wine is exquisite … the olive oil: a revelation! The tour was very well balanced, we got a lot a valuable info and reco from Alessandro, who was genuinely kind, easy to talk to and an amazing guide. If you book this tour, make sure to visit Maurizio Brogioni Winery, as it was simply a little paradise with amazing olive oil and wines. If you are in this area, I really recommend a private tour with Alessandro from Unique Tuscany.

5.00Alessandro was the friendliest person who showed so much pride in his hometown. he was so knowledgeable giving us details about everything. we enjoyed the 2 vineyards we saw. it was absolutely beautiful!!! We felt like we knew him forever - it was the best day we spent in Florence!!!!!

5.00We had a great day with Allesandro - he was a wonderful guide with a lot of information and a great personality! All of the places we stopped were beautiful. We covered a lot of ground, and ended with a beautiful sunset at Piazzale Michelangelo The only thing we did not particularly like was the lunch/wine we had. Others there seemed to enjoy it, but it was not to our tastes. But highly recommend charming Allesandro!
